We came in 20 mins to close, they were awesome took both my daughter who is autistic & myself.

This was the worst haircut I have ever had. I won’t be back. Not impressed at all and now I have to wait until my hair grows out. The hair cut was not worth the money.

I had my hair cut yesterday and met worst hair stylist ever in my life! I look most ugly now with this cut and my kid with trimmer would do better job. I WOULD NEVER TRY NEW STYLIST AGAIN. If you are visiting this or any other salon, please be careful and visit only known stylists. I hope, this owner will rent chairs for good stylists.

It's nothing fancy, but I liked it. I just got a simple cut (had very long and scraggly hair that needed cleaning up) with layers and was so pleased. It was cheaper than most other places I looked up and they made a careful effort to ensure I got what I wanted & would be happy with. The stylist was extremely pleasant and so careful to ensure my cut was straight and nothing overlooked. I will be back. Even better was that they accept walk-ins.

Checked in on-line so i could walk right in without waiting. The stylist was very friendly and offered my skn who was waiting for me to get my haircut a lollipop which made his day. She did a greag job cutting my hair and made great conversation. Highly recommend this place. Has always been a great experience!

Started going to this location earlier this year. The staff are great, always friendly and thanking you for your business. And haircuts have been great!

Normally have a good experience here and have been a regular customer sadly that changed today. The “stylist” I had today must have learnt her trade on a farm shearing sheep. She didn’t listen to anything I wanted rolled her eyes when I asked her to do redo the back of my hair and generally couldn’t wait to get back outside for a cigarette. I’m now going to have to pay again to correct her mistakes. Maybe she needs some customer service training or maybe great clips could diversify into farming.

Second worst hair cut I've ever had.
I usually get a decent haircut here on the regular, but the hairdresser today convinced me to never return. Not only is my hair hideous, but she kept banging the hair trimmer against my ears until they were purple.

Got my hair cut here, first hair cut since the pandemic and the service was great. I checked in online, only had to wait 5-10 mins and my hair dresser gave me the exact cut I wanted and was also very friendly. I got over 6 inches off, my hair has a natural wave and the cut really made the wave stand out. They had a sale so it was incredibly well priced as well.

THE WORST PLACE! We got our haircuts from here and the two south asian ladies who cut our hair, both were so bad and not trained at all. She said she worked there for 11 years but she butchered my hair. She was so bad and when I asked her to look at the picture again as the hair were way below the chin's length in the picture and they are not even even. She said, "Oh, I did not see where your chin was". Later, I told her you cut them too short, she said, "Oh, don't worry, they will grow back". They both were not even apologetic, just said that this is how it is. For the men's haircut, she did not know how to fade and we had to ask her to look on YouTube, she said no I am good. They were both the worst "hairdressers" - as I do not think they were anything but unprofessional people who were taught to handle a scissors in their hand. Customer service also sucks as the manager did not get back to me. The worst place ever, please save your hair and money and do NOT get a haircut from here! This by far the worst place I have experienced.

Lady overthere charged 19.95 for 5 year old kid haircut. Not happy with her behavior as well the hair cut. Job not done perfectly. Be careful when she charge money for hair cut.

They do a great job on my sons hair. A while they did a Mohawk on him and you couldn’t have seen a better one! Very happy every time we go.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I nornally come here and get my hair done by 1 person only however she wasn't in today (great stylist btw) and considering I was already at the establiahment I went through with getting my hair done by somebody else. I have gotten plenty of fades in my time / hair done but i've never seen someone botch my hair this bad (even showed pictures of what it looks like) If the person who cut my hair is reading this you should strongly reconsider your career because this one ain't it.

Kyanna went over and beyond to ensure that I had an excellent hair cut! Everyone working was polite and all the staff were wearing their masks!

Horrible service with workers who rush to finish a cut. When I asked for a fade at the sides, my hair cutter insisted that fades are only done at “barber shops” as the tools were not available at great clips, even though I’ve received this styling at many other stores. The haircut was uneven and choppy, I will not be going back!

When I saw the name I was thinking oh I hope this isn't one of those cheap quick haircuts will you end up being scalped LOL but I thought well I'll give it a try. Hair always grows doesn't it I was thinking. So I walked in and I asked what the price was and I was very surprised to see it was very reasonable because I don't always have money for a haircut seeing that I'm on a fixed income. Sometimes we let her hair go if you know what I mean. So there was a nice East Indian or Punjabi lady in there she had several years of experience you told me and I thought oh good I'm in good hands with all that experience
I showed her a picture and she knew exactly what I wanted and she cut it exactly the way I wanted it and I hadn't had my haircut in many years and I was a little afraid of course but she kept reassuring me everything was going to be fine. I've been in situations where my hair was cut and I came out of there in tears but when I left this Salon I was extremely and I mean extremely happy and it was so reasonably priced I was so impressed I am going to go back here again. Yes nothing is worse than a bad haircut because you get a bad day and many days after when you have to suffer and you have to have a hat on your head all the time and you have to hide your face and put it down between your legs like a ostrich in the dirt LOL no I hold my head up very proudly and I've been getting nothing but compliments left and right can my church members so my hat goes off to these people in here thank you very much for a wonderful cut I haven't had such a great cut and over 6 years and I just moved here from Alberta and I had a perfect hair stylist there and I was afraid to find one here so I looked around took my time and I am so glad I came across this place I would recommend it for everybody so don't be afraid of the blade cuz you got good hair stylist in here and you certainly don't have Freddy the scissor head doing any job in here LOL.

Boyfriend got a haircut here today. Extremely uneven and poorly done. He asked for a "line" along the part of his hair and ended with a bald strip. They mad him pay for it still. Never coming back. Don't get your hair cut here

Awful place to get a hair cut, they cut off more than I asked and started to shave off some parts on my forehead making it uneven.

My son has disabilities and is really nervous when getting his hair cut and carly was awesome with him and wasn't even told about his disabilities.

Very happy with both my sons' haircuts (Ferial and Jeet), and thanks for fixing my daughter's bangs too!

The staff is always very friendly and do a great job. It can be a bit busy on the weekend, but the online check-in lets you show up just in time so you don't have to wait.

We can always rely on this place. Great hours, great customer service keeps my family coming back.

I visited there twice. Last time I got good haircut. But today it was very bad experience. I got worst haircut ever. I will never visit again.

I went to this Great Clips to get my hair trimmed and cut into a specific style. I had hair down to my shoulder blades, I wanted a 'lob' a long bob. The first thing Cindy did was cut the hair on the back of my head down to two inches of hair. She cut the rest of my hair way too short too, so my idea of a long bob has now just turned into a regular bob with no shape or style. I wish I could post the picture I brought in and my current hair side by side so you could understand the severity of how horrible this place is. Please never go there for a trim, ladies! I went in to try to make myself feel cute, and instead I came out shameful and depressed. I haven't felt so horrible in a very long time.
