After dealing with some rather difficult laundry services. I finally found one I can count on completely. Very nice people. Always a smile and something to say which makes a difference with so many people not going that extra mile to help out. It’s been a joy dealing with them and their quick turnarounds are amazing. Never a forgotten item, no professional complaints. Joe the driver I see the most is very friendly and always willing to help and go above and beyond. What most others didn’t. I’ve found my commercial laundry for life with this friendly reliable company. Couldn’t be happier.

I am so pleased to have used this laundry service for the last few years. They reliably pick up and deliver the next day as well! My clothes are beautifully folded and nice and clean and I don't have to worry about laundry anymore. Thank you, Rosa and your team! You've been a life saver!

This is not a real business, this is a scam and robbery.
They charged me $297.00 JUST to DRY and FOLD my dirty clothes. They DIDN'T WASH THEM AT ALL! And they RUINED some items in the dryer and BLAMED ME instead of taking responsibility and acknowledge it was their fault.
Not only did the clothes not smell like fresh detergent, they still smelt dirty and almost like a burnt smell as if they were over-dried and overheated.
I dealt with Rosa who would not even answer the phone to talk about it and would only text me.
Their website says they will pre-treat stains too. It does suggest that we do our own pretreating as well, but it does say on their website that they pre-treat too.
I will be calling the Better Business Bureaux tomorrow when they are open to try and protect others from being charged a high price to have their clothes simply dried and folded and returned back to them.
Rosa offered to take back the clothes for free, but once she would not accept responsibility for ruining a blanket and pajamas and said that was MY doing as the CUSTOMER there is no way I am giving her back my clothes. They are not to be trusted. They are scammers, at least Rosa is with the residential side of "the business".
I should have known when they didn't say their company name when they answered what is obviously just their personal cell phones and not a professional business and also when I saw the review complaining about this company and bed bugs and the "company's" reply again blaming the customer, I should NOT have hired this "company".
Save yourself money and save your clothes, DON'T use thus "company", especially Rosa.

We have been using Greater Vancouver Laundry and Linen for several years now and the quality of work done by GVLL gives us as an event rental company a market advantage. I would recommend Greater Vancouver Laundry and linen to anyone needing this service.

For about 3 years we had Greater Vancouver Laundry and Linen Services look after all our laundry needs for our vacation rental. They were affordable and professional, and would always be on time for pick and drop offs. Even when we had last minute guests, they were always ready to offer last minute service without extra charges or penalties. Never did we get dirty bed sheets or towels returned, each time the sheets were pressed and returned in a clean refreshing condition. If we ever run a vacation rental again we would be happy to partner with Vancouver Laundry and Linen Service again. We also highly recommend them to others who is looking for a reliable and professional company to work with.
