We moved from States to Canada to finally settle down here. When we came for pre move inspection; there were multiple issues including bathroom missing it's only cloth hanger. Initially they told us it will be fix in 2-3 weeks but it took them 4 weeks. It was so inconvenient to not having any place to hang your cloths and towel in your new home. Secondly, after we move in there was some water issue in the room which was initially ignored by saying that previous tenants where using water for mopping but with later investigation; they found out that there is water leak from adjacent apartment. Eventually they contacted insurance company of other house. It took them multiple weeks to get inspection done. Company left demudifier in the middle of summer in only room in the house without asking for our permission. Room was boiling hot in the summer. After that they took out flooring and dry wall from the room and left the room in that state for almost 2 weeks. Even with that experience, they were not at all apologetic and provided any help to make us feel better. I have rented multiple places but this is the worst experience I have ever experienced. GVTPM is all about owners interest. They don't care about tenants at all. Better to replace T for tenant with O for Owner. Keaton was keep blaming tenants for everything. They need to understand that tenants are the one who are paying their bills. I sincerely hope it would get better.

We showed up at the door even 15 mins earlier but they didn't respond to our message, and didn't show up.

BEWARE LANDLORDS! Your ad listing will not be reposted again if not renting or not much interest and $500 deposit fee will also not be refunded. Keith wants to do minimum work to rent your place and take the $500 deposit. I had brand new unit in great location that he couldn't rent and asked me to reduce my rent more than three times although it was market rate

No communication. No one showed up. No apology. Was sent text confirmation right before and after the NO SHOWING thanking me for coming and inviting me to apply.

This was all done by automation and not a human to be had to help or inform in anyway

On top of that the app was totally glitchy.

No customer service. I’ve been trying to see this place and reach someone for weeks!

Sincere Realty has hired Ellen Tian to manage a property in Burnaby BC. The property is infested with rats, the building is in violation of several fire codes and they are under suspicion of dubious invoicing transactions with the money that is held in trust with the brokerage firm.

I have had the absolute best experience as a renter! It’s hard out there right now, but we were able to find a place that suited our needs perfectly. The team is very responsive, kind and thorough!

I liked the showing. I think it went well. I liked how it was just me, other viewings had other people that I didn't know were attending. I was able to send videos and pictures to my partner who was off in the States which was really nice. He said the video gave him the green light to apply.

New update: so a quick summary of my last edit was that there were a lot of things (ex: AC, outlets, stove not working, no key fob or buzzer) that were not working. Essentially told to reset the circuit breaker many times and not impressed with the process for maintenance. I changed my review to 2 stars (was 5 before, then 3 stars). This is my third edit.

We moved here Aug 25, and I finally got my key fob about month later. The buzzer was finally set up well over a month later. This was after emailing the building management team multiple times. We have been told that their caretaker team said they programmed our buzzer Sept 13 so I'm not sure what happened because it's October now.

I understand there's a wait time for maintenance, but for a brand new building, this is disappointing. I was told that these malfunctions are expected with brand new buildings. Well, the circuit breaker resets finally worked at least (after almost 2 weeks). Outlets and stove are working now BUT the AC maintenance request is still "In Process".

The thing that has made my partner and I very upset is that it has been over a month, that our AC and now heating doesn't work. Like we have been waiting since we moved in that I'm doubting myself and think "maybe I didn't do whole breaker reset switch right? " Or "Did I not read the manual enough to set up our AC? "

The AC downstairs works perfectly fine. But our AC hasn't. When we turn it on, it only goes down 1 degree. Since moving in, our thermostat shows our place to be 25-27 degrees sometimes in the 28-29 range. We had a cold day too and that's when we found out our heating doesn't work either. We have just been told that they are checking weekly for updates on our maintenance request from over a month ago. We moved in Aug 25. It is Oct 4 for this third update. I'm sweating right now as I type this.

Overall, impressed with the team when it comes to showings and arranging paperwork for signing the lease. But still greatly disappointed and frustrated in terms of settling into the new place and the maintenance.

The agent that showed me the suite was courteous and informative. However, the agent that was assigned to me was short, abrupt and lacked even the basic of courtesies. It left a very bad taste for me.

We are so happy we went with Keaton and his team to rent our apartment. We didn't have the time to dedicate to find a tenant. Keaton and his team helped us to find a great tenant in a short time.

Regardless what “side” you’re on, owner or tenant, sit down and have a conversation with Keaton- then thank me later. Not only is Keaton friendly and approachable, but it’s also clear that he takes pride in his work, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and operating with integrity. I personally appreciated his transparency and timely collaboration when I was navigating the Tenancy Act. My wife and I have used other management companies in the past and are currently using one for an out of province property in BC and our experience with Keaton at Greater Vancouver Tenant and Property Management has been the most professional and efficient that we've come across. They found great renters for our property quickly and there have been no hassles.

They have been highly responsive even with complicated issues and give us a ton of piece-of-mind!
