Greater Victoria Public Library - Esquimalt Branch

Some great spots to sit, a coffee shop right next door, helpful staff, kids play area, and yep, tons of current books.

Turning printers off a full 15mins before you close a terrible oversight to the people who have very little time or opportunity to print vital documents such as resumes

Several people including myself were prevented from printing while library was still open

I’m sure this happens all the time

And no one is doing anything to change it
And this is not listed on the website

Good one library - whoever thought this one out as probably wealthy and out of touch the needs of the community

The new Esquimalt Public Library is absolutely beautiful! Spacious, bright with lots of natural light and nice private meeting rooms available to use for meetings & study groups at no charge. We are very lucky to have this gem available to all in of us to enjoy.

Very clean and modern facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of space for reading and a decent selection of graphic novels. My only complaint was the lack of books on ancient history but otherwise a very pleasant experience

Library workers are very helpful finding books and information on the library’s loans. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable.
