Green Apple Daycare

My son was going here for more than 2 years. The teachers who work here are fantastic, and always have time to say hi. Amazing staff with so much heart and a caring mindset. However, I would not say the same about the business owner. I did not have a great experience with her. Unfortunately, her communication skills in addressing our questions or concerns are very poor. She came across very rude. Once I received a phone call and she was extremely rude, shouting at me for almost 20 min and not allowing me to speak or explain my side of the story. The main concern was the fee reduction that was not clear to me, I needed more explanation to it and she was not providing to me and instead shouting at me that this is not my business. I have never had this experience in my life when your client is not valued at all. I am very disappointed the way this situation was approached by her. Lately all the emails from other parents were ignored and not answered. Very disappointing. I hope this will change. Good luck parents!
