Greens Organic and Natural Market

They used to have a large seating capacity for dine in. Now half of the area is filled up with flower pots, and the the seating area is across from the 'The Good Chocolatier' counter which makes it uncomfortable for customers to sit in that narrow space. Also, the chairs and tables were dirty. In addition, they used to have the washroom for customers but now it is private. Moreover, the service was not as good as before - the cashier at the deli counter was not friendly and they did not have hot water for tea (they used the faucet). Overall, they care less about customers now.

Nice staff and good food. The meat here is very healthy and have very good options. No antibiotics are used in chickens or Putney animal farms and your can find several organic options for meat and produce and other foods.
The fruits and vegetables are nice too but sometimes not very fresh.
I also like the options for chocolate and usually on sale for good quality chocolates.

This is a great ace to buy Acropolis Organics extra virgin olive oil and other products from them.

SHOP HERE. The staff at this store and it's general way of meeting its customer's needs, are outstanding. I recently put in an order for delivery (I usually shop in-store). As I was cooking, and waiting for the order, i realized i had put in the wrong date for delivery-the next day when I would not be home. I called to apologize, and Sean then proceeded to do the shopping immediately and deliver to me himself. I didn't ask for this, he offered it. While this is extraordinary service, it is not at all out of keeping with what I have experienced here. Re: prices-they are in line with prices in similar stores, and for my staples, the same or cheaper than some of their local competition such as Choices and Whole Food, and shopping the flyers and special days brings the prices even lower. Further, we have serious food allergies in our family, and they have been willing to source unusual items for us whenever they can.

Great small local grocery. Has a deli with in house prepared foods for taking home. Free one hour car parking at ground level off lane with direct entrance to store. They even allow me to park my bike inside while I shop!

Fantastic service from the helpful staff along with excellent produce, fish, sheep’s milk yoghurt (!) regional sausages types I’ve never seen before and that local meat cut by their own butchers. Also the small but comprehensive bulk section has dried mango slices that make my mouth water just typing this and thanks for the unroasted buckwheat groats. This store and all the others certainly deserve a property tax break during the Skytrain extension construction.

The prices are very high, and the name of the store doesn't reflect the products they are offering. We weren't even able to find barley there!

Cute spot for a good variety of healthy food choices replacing the 'big box' experience with something more enjoyable.

I've always liked the range of organic and specialty items here, but today my taste buds went next level deliciousness! Their kale salad! What a recipe, with pecans, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, mango, citrus, in a sweet dressing.oh my, almost want to drive across town for another serving!

This place is awesome. My god. I had seen reviews mentioning how good the prepared food counter was but still went in a bit skeptical. I was blown away by how delicious everything was.

They have a cajun chicken sandwich there that I would have been happy to get at a restaurant nevermind a deli counter, and it was super reasonably priced. The rotisserie chicken I got was also so so good. Not a dry tasteless thing like so many other places. I got a bunch of other stuff I have yet to try but I cant wait.

Yes some of the groceries are a bit more expensive than other places, but the quality is insane. Its kind of like a $1 McDonalds coffee vs a hand pulled Italian espresso. Both are coffee but one is vastly superior.

Highly recommend.

The butcher department is a good place to find offals which are hard to find if you’re far from your local asian supermarkets

Wonderful prepared food options. Tasty and fresh. Lots of organic produce, too. I removed a star because I think a place like this (-all places, really, but especially places that carry organic options-) should provide compostable bags for produce and carry out boxes, instead of plastic.

I like to patronize this place because they specialize in local products and they have taken a beating during COVID and now the disruption of the new SkyTrain. I walk there but there is parking in the back of the store.

Great quality products, local produce, supplements with super friendly staff.
