I really liked this playground especially in the summer because it has the wading pool. It has nice views, wooden playground, sand, picnic tables with shade.

I've been going for a few years but not until today I saw so many RATS! They were just running next to the swimming pool on the grass where I'd just lay down. It was not even night, it was 5pm and lots of kids still around. I could clearly see at least 5 rats at once just running. They had all different size, big, babies, medium. So it must be a huge family of rats living just there.

I know rats also live in nature, but this is a playground with kids so maybe the city should do something about this issue.

My family and I recently visited this park and were pleasantly surprised. For a smaller park, it had it all, including a wading pool that my boys spent hours in. Great little park for lazy summer days!

Just a regular city park in the West End neighborhood in New Westminster, overlooking Fraser River. It is close to the SkyTrain rails and a freeway so it could be quite noisy.

This park is mostly an open field and a baseball diamond. There is a reasonably sized wading pool that is filled on summer afternoons, along with a good playground and sandbox area. The presence of a small building with fairly well maintained public restrooms is a bonus.

Parking is very limited, being streetside only in a residential neighborhood that uses that same parking. This parking is not directly accessible from the major roads.

The park is near 22nd street Skytrain station, but to get to it you have to cross 20th street which is a rather dangerous intersection.

Great park with plenty of shaded picnic tables, a wading pool (toddler friendly), and a baseball field.

Tons of fun.

Great park which is usually not too busy. Has a wading pool and bathrooms on top of the usual playground and field.

On a hot sunny day, expect larger crowds than usual due to the wading pool. But still, there's lots of room to spread out and a decent amount of shade for the parents.

Good variety of playground equipment for children of all ages. Park has a large baseball diamond and soccer field, lacrosse box (rarely used), double tennis court (rarely used), and a basketball hoop on one of the tennis courts. Also, is a very wide and long hill, quite steep too, which is very popular as a sledding hill when it snows. A little of everything for everyone!
