Horrible customer service. The receptionist and the mechanic are extremely rude and the employees in this shop are con artists. Take your money and take your business to a shop where the employees are honest and trust worthy

This is a owner operator shop. Dana is a highly experienced mechanic with lots of experience. His shop is about fixing vehicles not a fancy waiting area.

Rude and incapable of completing official paperwork for inspections. Triple charged for shop supplies on an inspection, what shop supplies are used for that? A pen and a piece of paper? Refund was issued as a $10 bill thrown across the counter. When questioned about the lack of actual paperwork I was told "if you don't trust me why are you here" why would I trust a mechanic that I'm using for the first time that doesn't fill in the proper forms and charges shop supplies three times. No surprise they were the only shop that could get me in on short notice, everyone else knows to stay away!

Grizzly Auto is awesome, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for car repairs. Down to earth evaluation of problems, and repaired accordingly as promised. Reasonable rates and excellent service. Dana is the best mechanic I’ve come across in years.
Nothing but good to say about their service and employees. Highly recommended.

I emailed them asking for days they were open around the long weekend either just before or after a few weeks in advance. They replied with only they don't work long weekends but could be cash bribed too come in. I emailed back again just asking for the days they were open and if their was any availability around that time and that I could make take time off work too make a day work if I could get in. They just didn't reply seemed like they were just interested in the bribe but that already says they probably over charge and aren't very reliable. Wasn't impressed with their way of doing business seems pretty sketchy

My friend’s car was stalling and she took it in to get a new part installed. Staff were rude and charged her 300 for the service, and extra for the part (WHICH SHE ALREADY HAD). She was only quoted for 100$. I myself have experienced terrible customer service and overcharging from Grizzly and I let everyone know to avoid this shop.

I called the guy and asked him if he could repair my car he said yes bring it and when I got in there he changed his mind. He doesn't know anything about customer service. Not professional one

Super fast, professional, and reasonable price. That was the first time I went to a mechanic in PG for flushing out the tank. Will go to the same place next time.

Grizzly auto scheduled us in for a levelling kit install, a mount and balance and a wheel alignment. Over the phone they quoted us around 500$ and said it would only take about 5 hours. We went in the day they had us scheduled for and they were closed. Accidents happen so we called and they rescheduled us. When we went to pick it up (after two days of being in the shop and calling multiple times on our own to figure out when/if it was ready) they charged us over 900$. After informing them the drastic difference on what was quoted (500$), they shrugged their shoulders informing us it takes what it takes. The $500 turned out to be only for the the leveling kit install and they left out the rest so we were surprised when we got the bill. Overall the work looks good but their level of communication and professionalism was a headache to deal with.

I had a problem with my car leaking fuel while passing through to alaska. They got me right in when every other shop I called was booked for a week. Checked my car out and had me back on the road in no time. Turns out there wasn't much of a problem with my vehicle so they didn't even charge me. Can't say enough good things about my experience here.

I am not happy with the service I got at all. Took my car here for my Air conditioning to be fixed but it got worse than when I took it there and they kept asking me to come back and come back. Really poor way to treat a first time client.

Car broke down, dealership couldn't look at it for a week. Call Ģrizzly they took it in, looked at it and gave me an estimate. Car was ready same day, and right on. No extra charges. Great service and quick.

Brought a vehicle in for a provincial inspection, on a recommendation. I'm not sure if they didn't actually look at the vehicle, or don't have fully competent mechanics, but they gave several faults that were clearly not true, that could be determined with 5 seconds of looking at the vehicle on the ground (as a heavy duty mechanic myself). Also charged more than the other shop I brought it to afterwards.

All reviews sounded good and decided to give them a call for a quote. Unfortunately, when I called they refuse to give a quote over the phone. Even though I have a full diagnostic report from the dealership, they didn't believe it was legitimate and wanted to charge me for a diagnostic again.

Broke down on a Saturday at the start of an 8 hour drive. The service manager happened to stop adn got me in their shop and on my way that day! They aren't even usually open on Saturdays. I was very fortunate for their help. Thanks D&D!

Brought a vehicle to get an out of province inspection done and there were a few issues which is fair. 2 of those issues are not legitimate and was trying to get me to pay for him to do them. This is a mechanic to not be trusted. I know how to do my own research and this man is a liar and I wouldn't trust him with my vehicle.

Very honest mechanics and fair pricing. Very happy with the work they've done for me. Would recommend and will use this shop again
