Receptionist are terrible, they do not respect patients, receptionist girls always think that they are the doctors, infact doctors are pretty nice, specially Dr. Ripenjot Rai, i do not know that anyone read these reviews or not, if any responsible guy read these reviews, please figured out this problem

Doctors do not care about patients, receptionists have a horrible attitude. If your looking to find a new doctor try ANYWHERE else

Dr. Brar deserves 5 stars!
But the system. Either there are way too many patients, or the system doesn't work, or the receptionists don't have any kids and don't know what it's like to have a sick child and sleepless nights. When my child is sick and it isn't an emergency case but bad enough so that nobody can sleep and they're in pain, I call to get her seen by my family doctor. I mean that's the whole point of having a family doctor, right? But instead the receptionists will tell me every single time that they're booking now for in 2 weeks. Well hello, how am I supposed to know that my kid is going to be sick in 2 weeks. I'm supposed to go to a walk in clinic instead. But everyone knows that clinics tend to be extra rude to walk ins, besides, why walk in if I have a family doctor? !
I really appreciate Dr. Brar's help, she's amazing! But way too busy. I'd love to be able to get my child seen by her when they're sick, because I trust her, but sadly most of the time I have to seek help somewhere else.
