Just went there to see if they had what I was looking for, maybe it was before but not then. There was one thing I didn't expect to see and only one on the shelf so I have to go back and scoop it!

Nice grocery establishment. Great variety. Prices comparable to other stores of the same venue. Friendly staff. Great hours of operation.

Grubstake Groceey Store in Cache Creek: Went to buy a treat to share with my 90 yr old mother. Been a LONG TIME since I got treated to that kind of rude attitude complete with huffing and eye roll. The young jerk of a cashier almost got his butt handed to him. Dropped the frozen pie on the counter and told him that I didn't need to give him my money if he was going to treat me so ignorant. All because with the fans going full tilt I couldn't hear him saying if I wanted to know the price bring it here. Asked him Pardon Me? And got the rudest treatment. Not cool.

Prices way to much! Prices these days are high enough without our on local grocery store taking advantage of locals who are unable to go elsewhere and tourist have it bad enough with high gas prices. They don't want to come to cache creeks only market and be raked over the coals for simple items such as dollar store items prices at 6$ plus. And have the ride non English speaking staff watch your every move while in there but never ask if there is something they could help you with. They seem unhappy and annoyed with any presence in store. I'd only go back there if I absolutely have to. If you have a choice avoid the over priced dirty under stocked store if you can.

Sad looking little grocery store, disgusting prices on things, no real care or attention put into the place who knows how long some of the items have been on the shelves, but that's what happens when you're basically the only place in town

The ladies that work here are so kind! I had a hot water burn in my hand and was desperate for some first aid supplies. They helped me find something for relief. The baked goods are to die for.
