Guardian - Satnam Pharmacy is most deserving of all 5 Stars. The entire staff at this Pharmacy, in Delta, is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always pleasant. Its location near 72nd & Scott Road is ideal as I live and work nearby. I feel a genuine sense of belonging here, where everyone knows my name and treats me with the upmost respect and dignity. I’ve been coming to this Pharmacy since I moved to the area in September of 2021, and I will continue to support their business as they have been so supportive of me and my health. Lastly, a smile goes a long way especially in the world today and this establishment is full of smiles, laughter and joy!

Best pharmacy around! The customer service is incredible and everyone is super friendly! I’d like to mention their Pharmacist Kiran specifically. She’s brilliant and very sharp minded. Always greet with big smile and make sure I get best service. Highly recommend.

Satnam pharmacy provides exceptional service and always goes above and beyond for all of their customers. From personal experience when my father was ill Satnam pharmacy would always assist me in ensuring that my fathers medications were prepared and delivered in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and I am beyond pleased and satisfied with the service that they have provided for me and my family.

Worst pharmacy ever. They don’t pick their phone at all. I have tried numerous times to get hold of them. Even if they pick their attitude is so bad either they hung up on you or put you on a big big hold. If you complain about this they clearly tell you to go to the other pharmacy. Except Manmohan no one is responsible there. I am not sure if he still works there or not.
They are always behind their schedule. I waited for an hour their to get my mom’s prescription filled. In that one hour I noticed that they were more busy in chatting and enjoying.
Hope this review helps so that they can concentrate a little bit to help their patients instead of discussing about their lives.

I was happy they had the prescription I needed however I think the pharmacist was incredibly rude I was only telling him what my dentist had told me and he straight up said to me please don’t question my integrity and I do not think that was very professional and as well as I understand that they were frustrated we all are sometimes when it’s crazy busy but I did not appreciate their customer service as well as the lady on the counter got my name incorrectly and when I try to correct her she said OK and didn’t really respond as well as she just walked away! When she just handed me everything and she didn’t say oh I’ll be right back one moment please I would’ve appreciated that because of me and my father just standing there like oh what are we supposed to do overall I think it’s a nice pharmacy but I think they can work on their customer service and as well as listening was just trying to tell the pharmacist what my dentist had told me I don’t think there was any need for him to see what he said thank you
