GUCCI POOCH KELOWNA

We tried several groomers in Kelowna and so glad we found Gucci Pooch.
They produce consistent results and are quick and reliable. A hard trait to find here. Communication is great and although our dog as some anxiety she never has an issue here.

Gucci pooch is amazing with our pup! We just go for nail trims but our dog is super nervous and they're the kindest with her.

A usually reliable place for our dogs to be groomed and nails trimmed, until today! One of my dogs nails was cut too short on the quick but the salon did nothing to prevent bleeding or notify us on pickup. After bringing our dog to our van (walking on hot concrete, there are 30+ blood stains all over the back seats of my van. Went back in with our dog and told bleeding stopped so again no cream or ointment applied to his toe but told by staff to avoid concrete and carry him. Did this on way home, but after being home a couple of minutes on hardwood flooring, bleeding started again and now area rug covered in blood. I'll be sending a bill for cleaning the area carpet and the van!

NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE! EVER!
My dog is a very calm and patient dog. When she gets groomed, she does not move. I even asked them after the apt, how she did and they said she was amazing. Didn't move or fight them at all.
WELL WHY DID THEY HURT MY DOG SO MUCH? !? !? ! She was traumatized! The entire tip of both of her ears are cut off, huge scabs. She could not walk for DAYS, because they clipped her toenails SO SHORT! Even now, she is having a hard time going in grass. She went INTO HEAT, from the stress of what these people did to her. She has scratches and scabs all over her body from them shaving her RIGHT TO HER SKIN. I asked them to leave at least an inch of fur on her, which they could have because I tested it at home first. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE GROOMERS. Please do NOT bring your dog here. My dog does not like her paws being touches anymore, and flinches whenever someone touches her. My poor baby is absolutely traumatized. They should be shut down.

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Gucci Pooch. Allie goes to Laura for her grooming, and to Bob and Laura for her non-sedated teeth cleaning which is very important to me. I am so happy with both services and love that I can get both done in one visit. Allie is very quiet and timid but has no problem ever going to see them. The shop is so comfortable for Allie and I, and is done up so fun and professionally that we always leave feeling great. Last time we were there, Laura put some cute little pink feathers in her ears - She can’t feel them and it looks super cute. Just another fun little service she offers. I’m so happy I have found a couple of great/professional people that care for my best friend Thank you Bob and Laura
