GUESS

Really bad experience, 21st Dec, 2023 at 10: 45am lady with glasses and red hair (little curly) snatched the wallet from my hand and took all the same wallets to the counter and said “sometimes people steal things”, the way she treated was really disrespectful, will never come to this store again, you are ruining someone’s whole day just with your unpleasant behaviour and rude language.

I and my sister visited guess today to buy a pair jeans. We end up buying two because I love how their staff was super helpful finding us right size. I was pleased by service provided by Chahat, thank you for being super helpful.

I’ve been to this store twice and had a horrible experience both times. The employees make weird faces at you and act as if you don’t belong there. And when I went to go return a dress, this short indian girl and an Asian girl tried making sure I wasn’t able to return it. Even though it had tags and all. They asked so many questions and tried finding a way to blame me for wearing it. Would never shop there again.

Horrible customer service from a blonde white fat tall lady and some Indian short woman. They kept denying me and giving me attitude for trying to return a perfectly brand new jacket with the tags on it and I brought my receipt as well. That exact jacket was for sale in their very own same store. The receipt was past the 30 days but all I wanted was in store credit as nothing in the store fit me and was too small for my tall broad shouldered body. Not to mention, the selection they had was the worst. I could find what I wanted online but they kept denying me with attitude. I was told I can only exchange even though they told me I could get in store credit over the phone. I had to then take back my jacket and go back home all the way to surrey empty handed. They should be fired. This is no way to treat a customer. This is the last time I will ever buy from Guess.

Told me they had new sunglasses in the back, went to look at some other items. When checking out, I doubled checked the sunglasses to find they were the same dirty pair from the display. I asked and she laughed saying yes. Apparently those were the last pair but they didn't mention of that to me. All the staff working today August 14th, 2022 were poorly trained and spent the time I was their giggling with each other. Better service and I definitely would have bought a different pair!

They have Return/exchange policy but do not return the stuff. Staff is so rude. I do not recommend at all. Instead go to some other store in metrotown they treat you better and give the best customer service

The staff was pretty good but seemed un organized. There was one help-full staff member that helped me with everything but the other staff seemed kinda grumpy. Other than that it was really good and I was able to get a 130$ jacket and 30$ tee shirt 25% off

I felt Judged walking in because upon visiting they didn't really showed interest in time wish or letting us know their specials. Maybe people just walk in too much and not shop that they have lost interest in doing their part of the job.

Staff did not acknowledge me when I walked in, then once I was ready to make a purchase became overly helpful as they wanted to claim the sale as their own. One of the worst retail experiences I have had recently. I will shop at Guildford Guess next time, the staff there are much friendlier and more helpful. I'd get better service shopping at H&M.

Probably the worst guess store, very rude and unprofessional employes even the manager. Specialy there is young female employee. Im big fan of guess clothing but I will never go to shop again at this location.

The store was dead when I went in (me + 1-2 other people in total), but I still got no help. Nobody greeted me when I came in, although the employees were standing right by the door and continued to have a conversation for a while.

When I finally got their help, they were being quite snobby for some reason. I believe one of them subtly followed me around as if I were going to steal something (in 3 separate sections of the store). After I bought something, they were more friendly towards me.

RUDE employees. The manager is awesome, he is quick, efficient, helpful. However, the young junior employees are unprofessional and its clear they hate their job. There is an employee named Matt? - or at least I think thats his name (brown hair, skinny, in his 20s or late teens, high pitched voice) who didn't even ask me if I needed help in the fitting room but I just hear him complaining loudly about the smell in the fitting room. There is also a young female who is also rude, essentially makes a snarky comment to herself that I was in her way (I can hear you?), just unprofessional young employees they hired here. These kids should never get a promotion and deserve minimum wage.
