The reception area looks nice and professional, and the chairs in the waiting area are comfortable.

The hygienists have been great. Really great work, they have really helped me with tools and strategies to improve cleaning a couple of hard to reach places.

My experience with one of the dentists has not been spectacular. I had a crown replacement done there, and I'm unimpressed with the quality of the installation and materials. She used metal banding and it is visible near the gumline. When I voiced my concern about it, she dismissed it with, "It's a molar, no one will see it, who cares". Well I do, your response felt disrespectful, and 18 - 20 months later, it's a memory that triggers unpleasant feelings about you.

Dentist and assistant chatter in Punjabi and heard "falosa" mid sentence accompanied by an eyeroll. While working on me. I'M RIGHT HERE.and I had been cleaned and descaled in the same clinic days earlier, AND it was my first series of visits post-pandemic, AND you seem to think I'm too repulsive to have any friends I can ask what you were talking about (I think it's actually phalausa), AND maybe you think hygiene shaming is a bit of harmless fun.

Not a positive experience for me and I will not be back. Then again, I doubt that you'll miss me.

Awesome service. It was so hard to find a dentist on weekend and my son had a fractured tooth which ended up with very bad infection, the dentist and the assistant did an excellent job to get him out of pain. The service at the front desk was really good as well, they were very welcoming and helped me throughout as i was very nervous seeing my boy in so much pain, we were called inside on time, no long wait. In my view, exceptional value for the money and I would consider utilizing their service long term for future dental work.

They act like they are good with so many accounts.maybe they deserve all the bad reviews they get. Not related to all what they are claiming to be! Awful place to get your teeth worked on! Dont go!

Not trans friendly in the slightest, they will deadname and misgender you at every opportunity and not even apologize or correct themselves when you call them on it. It is hysterical that this is listed as a queer friendly business. Be prepared to correct them every time you go into the office, and every time they call you, and every time you see a new person that day.

They also butchered my root canal, I still had sensation in a tooth that was supposed to have deadened nerves until a different dentist redid the TRC.

The guy they have come in for wisdom tooth surgery is terrible at his job, does not care to answer patient questions, and will berate you if you question him even in the slightest, he is actively a danger to patients but as he's a "traveling" doctor I can't exactly speak to him as strictly a member of this staff. Either way, I would find a different place to receive your care.

And before the owner leaves a snarky reply about not being able to find my patient file - maybe you could find it if my life name was listed literally anywhere in your system <3

Thanks to the hygienist Darrin my teeth are so clean. Had my cleaning today and am very happy. My teeth are so white and smooth. He always does a great job and makes the time go fast with his conversations. He always has something interesting to talk about. He is also gentle which I love because I have some teeth that are sensitive. I feel very comfortable in his chair. Thanks for another great cleaning job.

One of the greatest dentist the lower mainland. I have been going her for years since 2010. Especially Dr. Baji and Dr. Sarfan are awesome very clean clinic. Great customer service. All the ladies upfront are super nice. Highly recommended!

A pleasant staff! My family of five just moved to Guildford Family Dental and it was a right choice— especially for my 7yrs old daughter who usually is very nervous to see the dentist. The dentists explained everything to us and were approachable to any questions we may have. Which made it a great experience for my young one. Highly recommended!

This practice has wonderful staff - and this is from a scaredy cat! The dentists and the hygienists are calm. Polite and put you at ease. Both dentists and hygienists go through exactly what is going to happen. I will keep returning to Guildford Family Dental.

Be prepared to pay extra even if you have insurance. They are always trying to get more money out of your pocket. At first, they give a total cost. Then when they do, they make things worse and scare you if you don't do it. Then, you have to pay extra fees. Honestly, I'm not sure if they really do their job. I was charged extra every time I was there. I will not recommend this dental office and never come back.
