Golfing was good, decided to try a smokie from snack shack.most undercooked smokie i've had im my life. 10/10 would not eat here again!

If you have the time, i find it to be a fun course.

Always busy especially summer time but a gorgeous course to Hit the ball. The green is not as that smooth as it is. But worth the money you pay.

I've been golfing Guildford G&C for years now. They have great pricing and the course is in the appropriate shape for what you pay to play here, great for starters.

Course is good. Greens are good. Price is great. Played a round in 4.5 hrs. Maybe we lucked out but had a great time.

I had my bachelor party morning golf outing with my family and a friend. My brother in law was harassed by the Marshall who is a racist grumpy old man. He followed us the whole day to the point where we left without even finishing the course. The front desk girl working Saturday had no customer service etiquette whatsoever and was extremely rude and argumentative with me. This course only caters to one demographic. When telling the girl at the front desk we will only need one set of clubs to share between two of us she said nothing and didn’t bat an eye but so she would save herself from being caught in a lie said when we left she never said that and didn’t remember anything. I didn’t bother arguing with her about paying another 80 dollars for two more club rentals. Do not lie to patrons. This golf course is terrible they need a new Marshall, staff and management terribly run. If I could get my money back I would because this is hours of my life I will not get back. Customer is always right. If you don’t explain stuff to customers that is on you not the patrons. DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD.

Course is in much better condition than previous years, new ball cleaners was a surprise. Staff was nice. But way too slow. No one to enforce the pace of play. Best to play at 630am if at all.

I noticed a sign that said $6 breakfast from 10-12. So we tried it. Just your classic breakfast. Eggs. Bacon. Toast. But with great golf course view.

No drainage at all! Proshop would not allow me to retrieve my lost club or send a Marshal. Wont be back

Don’t play here unless you want to be waiting 15-30 mins per hole. The owners think that having a backed up golf course is good. Started at 4pm and only got to hole 9. They need to increase the times between tee times cause people shouldn’t waiting 40 minutes to tee off. Such a joke

Play here every Tuesday afternoon for men's night, April thru September. Amazing time and people. ️ ️‍️

Great place to play golf, the course is awesome and the staff is super friendly. We rented two golf carts and played the beautiful course. It's fairly easier compared to others and is a beginner/medium level play. The food was great and the price is fair overall when compared to others in the area.

I was surprised how busy it was at this time of year. Mild rain and still many people were there. Large well-kept most pleasant to visit.

The course is in decent shape, great staff and price. BUT. The tee times are 6 min apart and the round took almost 6 hours. It averaged out to almost 18 min a hole. Idk who's doing the math around here but it doesn't add up to me.

Good rates, challenging course in pretty good shape. My only concern is the Marshall needs to keep pace of play moving. Maybe some clocks on the course to remind people to keep up. We played a foursome in carts and it took 4hrs and 45 minutes.

The tee boxes do need some work and some spots have drainage issues, as many have mentioned here. However, customer service is very friendly and, for the money, the course was great! Even better, I could actually get some decent tee times on a holiday, which I can't say for other places. Highly recommended! Check Guildford out!

Horrible day on their course… it’s so slow with no Marshall to be seen that I have all the time in the world to write my review. I’m looking at a 6+ hours for a round. Wow.
Plus to add to their inefficiencies there are no beverage carts going around and no half time snacks open. On a Friday sunny afternoon? What a waste…

Might be the worst golf course experience in Vancouver. Staff were rude, the landscapers seem like they're angry with you being there. The course maintenance was garbage. Don't waste your money here. Go to one of the hundred other golf courses around town, skip this one.

If I could give 2.5 stars. On the one hand it's convenient and a fairly good layout for a par 72. On the other there's the massive draining problem. Not uncommon to plug your ball in the middle of the fairway and it's gone. If the owners would put just a little TLC and money into this place it could be a doozy of a track.

Probably the wettest Golf Course I have ever played. Not a dry spot to be found on the fairways. Ball frequently plugged. Can't believe after all these years they haven't fixed the drainage problem. Wouldn't choose it again, there are better choices available.

Fairways are in terrible condition, no porta potties that I could find (not all of us want to pee in the bush) food selection is limited, service incredibly slow, carts in rough shape, dirty single stall women's bathroom in clubhouse. Parking lot is far too small and no nearby alternate parking spots available.
Feels like the place is running out of money and can't keep up on maintenance or is just a holding property.
Fees are steep for this kind of experience.

The staff and employees at this golf course are racists. I personally witnessed one of their gardeners harassing a group of Asian women and steal their golf balls. Looked like they complained to the marshall and he just laughed at them as well. Pretty disgusting behaviour. Put a dirty taste in my mouth being there.

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Once you book online you’ll be charged a 10.00 non refundable booking fee. Pro shop knew little about their new online booking policy. Course is average at best.

Course is up and down. Figuratively and literally. When it is taken care of it is good however too often it is not taken care of and can be really slow. It seems they are trying to keep the slow players moving now. A lot of potential to be a great local course. Hopefully they up their game now that Eaglequest has been cut in half.

I played here yesterday with 3 friends. The course was in good shape. There are high voltage towers on the course. They didn't come into play during our round. There is a snack shack after 11 holes. We had a drink and appies on the outdoor patio. I don't enjoy the set up with allowing smoking on the lower patio. The smoke travels throughout the patio. All in our group commented on not enjoying the second hand smoke experience. Service was excellent and the drinks were cold, food was very good. I would play here again, though, I would not stay for eats or a drink with the same set up.

The greens are coming along nicely as are the fairways. The weather is warmer now and the grass is filling in. Almost at it's best now

Maybe maybe it was one of those rounds, but certainly a brutal experience.front 9 played in 3.5 hours. Each hole was a min 3 to 4 groups wait. No marshal to push the groups ahead. Ended up left on hole 12. Rated 1 star because had to. Its a NO star rating.

Pros: nice condition. Good greens. Well kept.

Cons: No parking. Prepare to circle for 15 mins while players drink in the parking lot and refuse to leave after their rounds.

Slow Pace of play due to overbooking. You book a 315 tee time expecting to be done. Not at Guildford five hours in and you walk off the course in 15. Each hole has a two group wait. Marshall told us that's how they want it.

It's an enjoyable course if you don't have to wait. And sadly all you do here is wait.

Guildford golf course in surrey has become our course of play 3 days a week, its a fun interesting layout with some fun holes.the guys really enjoy the diversity of holes, some strong par 3 s over water, some short uphill par 4 s, and reachable par 5 s.the greens are the best they have ever been, they are quite a challenge with the contours and speed.for the cost it provides good value for a fun round of golf, you have an opportunity to use every club in the bag.they have a nice patio with a good friendly staff so you can enjoy a beverage and meal after your round! A course centrally located in surrey that you should give a try, it may become a regular fixture in your golf schedule!

Worst conditioned course I've ever played on. Extremely wet and muddy. They should have paid us to play. I will not go back.

I've never played at a course with worse drainage. There are 17 holes ones closed. Its hard to tell where you're supposed to go to the next tee getting off the green from 7 through 10. Wouldnt play there again.

If you want a 6 hour round play here. Poorly managed. Terrible pin placements causing slow play and no marshalls to speed up play. Power lines affecting shots. Won’t play here again. Writing this on 12th hole 3.5 hours in.

Always friendly staff. I tee off early Woody and the gang are always awesome. Nice course for the money. Grounds staff always saying hi and or waving and on top of the up keep. I'm there every week.

Tee boxes have divots everywhere, greens have bumps everywhere, they let way too many groups out so you have a minimum wait of 5-10 minutes at each tee box. Wouldn’t recommend anyone come here

Pace of play was terribly slow, 3.5 hours for 12 holes waited minimum 15 mins each hole.
Stop overbooking tee times and crowding the course with golfers, super easy way to lose buisness as some of us want to golf. Not to just drink and bs.

Like this course only in the summer season. Drainage work required for the wet season.it is really bad in the wet season

Played an afternoon (130pm start) round here in August and there was a huge lineup after the 3rd hole. No Marshalls to dictate play. Spent a solid 45 min to tee off on 4. Decent course conditions it’s just so much waiting between holes.

I've been golfing for 15 years now and this course is the slowest pace of play course i've ever played. Had to wait for 4 groups on the first tee. By the time we reached the 4th tee, we had a 5 group wait to tee off. This is inexcusable. It took 3.5 hours to finish 10 holes for reference.

3 hours to play 9 holes tee times running 3 behind, terrible conditions burnt grass everywhere and super slow Greens. Couldn't find a parking spot. Not much good to say.

Tee offs are 8 minutes apart, expect hold ups all around. Played twice here in a week, both times there were rude ppl with no etiquettes. Including almost get hit into several times when clearly course is backed up. Greens are trash, and witnessed group behind us rolling pull carts on the green.

Saturday @11am and they can’t answer the phone. I’ve been trying to contact them for 20 mins now. Absolute shameful experience.
