Worst reception service. Be careful cause when they know you have insurance that covers a lot they will start recommending services you don’t even need. Dentist recommended me to get retainers and some other stuff but changed dentist offices and the new dentist told me I didn’t need any of that and to be careful of offices that do this.

I have been going to this office over 30 years and every time the change over to a new dentist I’m hesitant. The new staff works hard to keep you happy and Dr Hira has been amazing.

Clinic is very clean and staff is very friendly. Not to mention Billy is one of the best dentists I have ever met. A 10/10 place to go if you have any dental issues to fix. Highly recommended!

I was really anxious about going to the dentist but the staff at Guildford Heights Dental is amazing. The hygienist was very knowledgable and kind and the reception staff was very warm, welcoming and friendly! They all made me feel so comfortable.

Same as the other review I read where we had the worst experience here. From their billing to their services with children. No early notice about insurance not covering part of their service although it is requested from them in advance, and no compassion with the dentist’s services on children. I really regret going to this dental office.

Don’t believe all these reviews. Worst service ever. They charged both insurance’s and still they want more money from us. Unbelievable.

45 min work and they charged both insurance’s for almost $1900 and now they want more money from us.can you believe it? Living in canada for 22 years never had this experience. Watch out.take your money and go somewhere else. Get their price and compare with other dental offices and you will know what we talking about… it is rip off…

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and would recommend this place highly. They fit me in for my first appointment in a matter of hours after I panicked about a tooth ache (turns out it was just a temporary sensitivity). I have appointments with them every 6 months now and under their care I’ve decreased my tooth sensitivity and stopped my gum recession. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

Other than the great care I receive, they are always super friendly and helpful. I had some insurance mix-ups for a while and they helped me with figuring out what went wrong, and even let me owe them money for a while so I could figure it all out.

Also, if you aren’t swayed by anything else, at least be aware that they have TVs on the ceiling so there’s no pressure to chat while someone’s hands are in their mouth. I don’t have cable so it’s a treat to catch half an episode of that tiny home show (they will change the station if you want).

I went two days in a row after avoiding a much needed and very overdue trip to the dentist due to fear and extreme anxiety. The first visit they did 2 fillings. I paid extra to use the sedation as I don't think I would have gotten through it otherwise. The male dentist and the assistant were both extremely patient with me and made sure I was feeling the effects before starting despite it taking 20 minutes. I still shrieked getting the needle both days and was super embarrassed about it but the rest of the visits were painless. Thank you for making me feel ok to see the dentist again. When I can I will be returning again to do more. I recommend them to anyone who is scared or has anxiety.

Guildford Heights Dental Surrey is NOT recommended sharing my experience with Dr. Michael I went there for filling and this is the 2nd time replacing my filling and each time I pay from my pocket because I’m out of insurance And my tooth still hurts to whatever I eat or drink and super sensitive so Dr. Michael easily recommend to replace the filling for the 3rd time and I’m not going there anymore that’s why I don’t recommend Guildford Heights Dental Surrey and highly don’t recommend Dr. Michael.

I would recommend Dr Hira to anyone who is afraid to see a dentist, he's a very calm and patient dentist, I'd recommend him for professionalism and attention to all details of dental care needs to each person. He has a very gentle touch to sensitive areas in the mouth, always makes sure of your comfort and gives you many options when it comes to treatment.
The office is at the highest standards for Covid 19 precautions and cleanliness, the front office staff are very attentive and helpful.
I was also very impressed with the staff member who is fluent in sign language for the hearing impaired, not many medical offices, for any medical service, is able to provide sign language services to people anymore.
Very helpful staff to provide a full assessment and estimate of dental work to be done, with a written assessment you can provide to your insurance provider before you leave the office.
I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care, even just a cleaning.

I visited in July-2020 for dental check up and cleaning and they recommended for root canal and fillings. Though there were only 2 tooth root canals being completed and rest are tooth fillings, however got charged for 4 root canals, tooth capping and fillings to insurance and myself.

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with service as i am still facing sensitivity and problem with same set of teeths. I really felt as they over-charged me and stealing all of insurance balance.

Dr. Adrian and her staff, Barb, Tammy and Marie provide the best care that I have encountered in my life at a dentist's office. I love Dr. Adrian, who makes my visits a comfortable visit and takes such care with me and is dedicated to her patients well being! It is always a positive outcome and happy environment. Happy dentist, happy, staff, and happy patients.

Went for a cleaning. Only thing was that they couldn't use any polish due to covid (totally understandable) Still get 5 stars from me! The best!

This is the best dental office. I am so impressed. The office is so clean and everyone was so friendly and professional.
They completed a filling for my daughter without one tear.
It was our first time here and wow, great experience. I highly recommend this office.

I went for a root canal, the doctor only opened the tooth and put some medicine in! And I was charged out of my own pocket because it was considered a major dental service! Then the receptionist who was very rude and unprofessional booked another session in January! The day after I went to another dentist! He did the root canal in less then one hour and told me what the other dentist did was completely unnecessary and now you have to pay two times for resin core with crown acid etch!

My 2nd visit wasn’t great but wasn’t too bad either but my first visit and 3rd one was amazing. They make you feel at ease. The dentist who pulled out my teeth was very nice. He treats you like a fellow human being unlike the other one who did my filling who treated my like I was just a number of patients who needs fixing my teeth.

Very clean facility, extremely friendly, pleasant staff. Ample parking on site. 100% recommend this dental office!
