I have been amazed by this place how smooth the process was. I must say the whole staff is amazing. I needed my retainers made urgently i called the clinic and Ravneet answered all the questions patiently booked my appointment same day, i went in and i was assisted by CDA Harp, she really helped me with the whole process from start to finish and made sure everything was perfect. Also Dr. Mark is an amazing person to deal with he knows what he is doing. Always has smile on his face while taking care of his patients. Highly recommended this place!

I've got my braces in May 2018 and got them off about 1 year ago. Just had my last appointment today, they are just as kind as when I first started. Appointments were very easy to make (excluding covid delays). Waiting time would be often 5 minutes or less, even pre-covid I could get in 5-10 minutes early sometimes. When I had to call in to fix a broken bracket, I was able to come in within 1 week each time. Each appointment went smoothly and was within a reasonable time. Overall experience was great, and im very happy with my results! Highly recommend!

I've had my braces for the past 2 years and just got them off today. It was a very pleasant experience throughout. The receptionist ladies were friendly and accommodating. The doctor and the nurses who took care of my adjustments were all so friendly and thorough. Shoutout to Kiran who took care of me for most of the adjustments, she did an amazing job each time. Would definitely be recommending this place for anyone looking to get braces.

I have never encountered such a friendly and welcoming office before visiting Dr Mark and his team here. This orthodontics is amazing! The professionalism and friendliness of the entire team is outstanding. The front desk staff continued to always make me feel welcomed as soon as I entered. I would always look forward to go to my next appointment because of the excellent service provided each and every time. I found Kiran to be especially wonderful. Kiran is extremely friendly, kind, caring, and helpful! I always felt that I was in good hands whenever Kiran did my teeth, and she would explain everything that was going on in a great/informative way. Whenever I had any questions, Kiran was happy to answer them, and did a great job at answering my questions. I had an awesome experience with this orthodontics, and would highly recommend going to this orthodontics!

I spent 4 years here and it was such an amazing place. The girls at the front and the back are all such sweet and kind people (especially Harp, Kiran and Grace!) I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking into braces!

I initially posted a harsh review, as I was frustrated and upset after one particular visit. After that visit, I called the office and expressed my concerns regarding my treatment. Both Dr. Standerwick and Linda were positively pleasant. They addressed all my concerns and questions.

Although I had mixed feelings during treatment at times, my overall experience at Guildford Town Centre Orthodontist was positive. The staff have gone above and beyond, especially the ladies at the front desk. They were consistently accommodating, friendly, and professional. My appointments always ran on time and scheduling was fantastic.

My experience with GTC orthodontist has been amazing. When they first opened up, they did not require a down payment, and still don’t ask for a down payment, which is amazing. Everyone is friendly and a big family. I would recommend anyone getting braces to come here, and it’s in the mall which you can chill and walk while waiting for you’re appointment, if you arrive early.

I always love coming in to the office. Not only is it in the most convenient location but staff are so friendly. Doctors are very professional and do a very good of explaining everything. They never rush and they really take the time to get to know u personally.
