Never had a bad experience.cab #80 is always punctual.the operators are always quick and to the point but also pleasant.the cabs are always comfy and clean.i take cabs frequently and guildford is always in my top 3

I was born with Cerebral Palsy and so I use a wheelchair to get around. When I need to, I take cabs so that I am able to take my wheelchair longer distances. I called the cab at 8pm on May 12,2023 at 8pm to request for a wheelchair van. The agent on the phone told me they only had ONE wheelchair van and it was busy. They told me they would try to get me a van in half an hour but they were unable to give me a specific time for pick up. I waited outside the mall for 45 minutes until I decided to call back for an update. The agent on the phone became short tempered with me and said "I already told you, we are busy, I don't know when we can get you a ride! " Now I understand things can get busy, but I find it unacceptable to be yelled at by the agent when I was being patient waiting for a ride. I also find it ridiculous that they only had ONE wheelchair van available in all of Surrey. Are you serious? Unprofessional. I ended up having to wheelchair myself home that night. Will be avoiding this company in the future if I can help it.

The cab driver didn't turn the meter on, then tried to charge me double what the actual fare should be. He was an absolute liar and cheat. I called the company to report him and they did nothing. Avoid them!

Horrible business, waiting 2 hours for a cab. December 22/ 2022. Said we’re on there way several times! Do not recommend! Did not show up and never called! Unreal!

They gave me a good quote for the trip.so much cheaper than Uber. I didn't end up using the ride but they were very gracious when I cancelled. I think Uber charges for cancellations.people, please think twice before using Uber

Called this company for a lady who didn’t have a cellphone. They were courteous on the phone. Hope they arrived shortly after I ordered a cab for her.

Dispatcher is extremely rude. Not all the texi call dispatcher employee are rude. It was one Indian male employee was rushING to hang up Phone.so I was politely ask for repeat the pick up address once more time. That way, I can get picked up by right place. But he was rise his voice and said, " are you satified now? " I don't know what's his problem but I think he has to learn how to deal with the customer. And proper customer service.

I haven't used a taxi for over 9yrs. I was so happy to use Guildford Cab service. They were so friendly and polite. Also very helpful with my walker putting it in the back for me. They also came really quick. I will be using them more often for sure.

I was at guildford. I called the company and everything was normal for the first minute. The guy asked for my location, put me on hold, etc etc. I was than transferred to SURREY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL! I was so confused cuz was sure I disled the cab number. But the thing is all the operators sounded all the same. Lucky I got my dad to pick me up.

I called in at 5: 30 in the morning to schedule a driver to be at my place for 7: 20 that was a lot of advance notice I waited and I waited past 7: 30 and the driver never called me he never showed up at my place I then called them again and I told them I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and all they can do is say sorry I'll try the driver again and of course nothing happened I phoned back I told him I was not impressed that I had to take my car to where I needed to go it was snowing out and I was afraid of driving in the snow and I'm not impressed with how they operate their
