Gurton's Garage Ltd

Gurtons has been incredibly helpful! I brought my Rx7 into their garage for a variety of services and they have been super friendly and great to work with. Due to the car being very much a “project”, we weren’t able to quite get it going without specialization, but everything that they've done has been great! They have been able to direct me to the right parts and to others that can do specific services for me that would be out of their range. Pricing was super reasonable and fair for the amount of work and information. I would highly recommend Gurtons and I will absolutely be back!

These guys are great. Honest, professional and just generally very nice people. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a mechanic or car sales.

My daughter's car stalled a couple of times at the 4-way stop and each time Gurton's came out to assist. Wonderful charming people to help my daughter out on those two occasions.

So my daughter took her car to them as they are local to our area and we believed they would be trustworthy and as a dad was concerned about my daughter getting reliable and honest service. Unfortunately we got anything but. They did several repairs claiming that each one was going to solve the problem. After spending about $1200, my daughters car is still not repaired and they said the problem they think it is, they are not able to reliably test. Being an automotive shop that makes absolutely no sense to me. My daughter is out all that money with no resolution. I would caution anyone relying on this service garage. I’m one disappointed local father. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of a young woman.

I work for Canada Post and my car wouldn't start! I had a whole days worth of mail to deliver. They got me running for the day so I could deliver the mail and then fir me after work to fix my starter. I was so impressed by their efficiency! So much appreciated. I didn't lose any time off work and my customers got their mail!

Service was polite and up-front. I felt like I could trust them and their shop rate is better than most. On top of this, the required service was done ahead of schedule. Communication before, during and after were very good. I won't hesitate to go there again for any repairs!

Before purchasing my vehicle from Gurton's I had it inspected by my own mechanic who found some small but obvious issues with the rear suspension that should have been easily caught by Gurton's mechanics before the vehicle was put on the lot. Additionally, he observed a burnt out headlight and extremely dark oil inside the engine. This leads me to believe that Gurton's didn't do a basic inspection or oil change before they put the vehicle on the lot. If I hadn't got it inspected I would have driven off the lot with a vehicle that was in need of an oil change, missing a headlight, and needing $500 dollars in suspension work.

Great professional and friendly service at a reasonable price. I just got my daughter's car fixed at Gurton's and they were amazing. I highly recommend this place and we will be going to them regularly in the future. Thank you!

We have been using Gurtons garage for almost 14 years, to service all of our vehicles. They are efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They have carried out inspections for us and completed the work below budget. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone. The service staff are friendly and Ben the service manager is wonderful. They even wash and vacuum your car. Not many places give that scale of service.

Neil, Dustin, and Jared were fantastic to deal with. Each of them a gentlemen, it's the only time I've enjoyed an experience at any dealership. I recommend anyone interested in dealing with anything regarding your vehicle or a future one, stop by.
At the very least you will learn something useful and if you lucky sneak a peak of some gorgeous puppies.

Last year we bought a 2004 Ford Focus from Neil and the team at Gurton's. The service was impeccable and Neil was wonderful to deal with. This was my first car purchase and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Neil & Team!

Bought a lovely little Ford Ranger from this place. Recently had a rather scary issue with my brakes - turned out to be a caliper issue, which they fixed at no cost. Really pleasant folks, and I don't feel like I'm ever being given a "run around" or anything of that sorts.

I had been told about gurtons for about 10 years from a lot of people and urged to take my vehicle to them. Their location from where I lived seemed inconvenient and I convinced myself, they weren't worth the trip.  

My trust was exhausted from many trips and thousands of dollars, using a more convenient garage so,   I made the call to Gurtons Garage.   

My first impression was that they were kind, friendly, accommodating, genuinely interested in what I had to say and absolutely professional.

My bills thus far, have been far less than my expectations. Every time I retrieve my car from them I leave feeling  relief, respected,   grateful and can't fight the overwhelming urge to break out in  a crazy victory dance.

You guys are awesome and as my good friends  did for me, I highly recommend Gurtons Garage to everyone. You are excellent on every level and 5 star all the way.

I ended up buying a second hand van at Gurtons and was very satisfied with the final outcome. They have earned my respect! Their friendly Repair department fixed everything that I found with a separate inspection. With some patience (a few months) I had Gurtons repair ALL of the five big ticket items my friend found, from a broken steering rack to a cracked rubber mount. I think they lost money on this car deal but they won me as a new customer and 'ambassador'. Thank you Mike, Ernie, Detlef and everyone else at Gurtons! I recommend this company if you are looking for one that follows up on its promises.
