I took my phone to them to dry off the water. They charged me $55 for that. After an hr or 2 they called saying the phone is working after drying off the water, but later they said that both the motherboard and screen were dead and going to cost me about $250 more to fix it. I took it to another shop on Scott Road, they only changed the screen and my phone is all fine and working.
These guys either don't know what they do or charge people for parts that don't need to be changed

It has been a wonderful experience with guru cellphone repair. I almost gave up on my Samsung galaxy ultra phone after its screen got badly cracked. I needed to get my camera fixed on my iPhone 12 pro max because the camera had something sticking on the inside of my lens after i dropped it. A couple days ago I called a few stores to fix my moms old headphones. They all said they’ve never heard of the brand and that there is no way of these being fixed. My friend then recommended me to Guru’s & they truly stand by their name! The told me they’ll try to fix it and there was no guarantee, but they said they’ll try their hardest and they truly did. My mom was so happy to have them fixed and it brought her so much happiness all thanks to the Gurus.

There’s not enough words to explain how many times this AMAZING store has saved my life. I’m one of the most clumsiest people in the world so I’ve had my fair share of heart attacks when breaking my phone countless times and also my laptops but every single time Guru cell phone repair shop has provided me with the most professional and perfect service I could imagine! Also don’t get me started on the turnaround time I literally just drop my phone off and it feels like it’s fixed in milliseconds but also not to forget with the utmost care. Never seen a screen protector applied to a phone the way this young man did. Literally took seconds! Protector applied itself, after top portion was positioned on phone. Zero air bubbles. Brilliant! Happy to have found a place I’ll return to. The young man either didn’t have change or didn’t want to handle give back coins. He was going to take a loss as he rounded down for me. After the excellent customer service I received I wasn’t going to allow that, so chose a different payment option. Very honest about their services and was very quick at their job.

The owner is Very unprofessional and argumentative. I would recommend never shopping at this store location and / or the other locations. The prices are extremely high for Bad Conditioned phones. Don’t Waste Your Time!

in response to the unprofessional “ business mans “ claims. I was not rude nor was it a fair price, he offered $20 for a perfect condition iPhone 6S, He sells the EXACT Same phone for $375 plus tax.

Had an issue with my Pixel 4 and gave them a call at 4: 15 PM. Employee had a pretty good idea right away what the issue might be but told me to bring it in as soon as convenient. They are still open during COVID-19 and had it all set up to minimize any human interaction. Got a call maybe 30 minutes later telling me what was wrong, and said they could have it fixed within 2 days because they needed to order a part. Next morning around 9 AM, I got another call telling me it was done. I noticed they also cleaned my charging port. Price was pretty good, as well.
Amazing! I went here through my insurance (Asurion) and it exceeded my expectations. They were accurate in their time quote, and continuously kept me updated at what steps in the process they were. Customer service was exceptional even on a particularly busy day. Would 100% come here again for repairs. Bonus: they were streaming The Office while I was waiting

I will NEVER recommend this place to my friends, family or coworkers! I brought my phone in to have the charging port changed, because I couldn't transfer files, for $75. It was 1 p.m. And they told me to come back at 5 and it would be fixed. When I came to pick up my phone at 5 p.m. They had broken my screen and told me that they wouldn't be able to replace my screen until the next day and that I had to pay $260 for the new screen. When i got my phone back for $260 it still doesn't transfer files which was the original problem and now my screen rotation doesn't work and the wifi wont turn on! Thanks for charging me so YOU could break my phone!

After going to two other well known electronic service providers, I believed I would have to wipe my hard drive. I had been to Gurus before with my phone, so before giving up, I gave them a call to see if they could work on laptops as well. They were able to restore the data on my hard drive when no one else could, and quickly as well. I am so thankful for the work they did - thank you to the entire Guru team for saving something so important to me!

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUMBAGS, THEY LIED TO ME FOR OVER 2 MONTHS, AND NEVER EVEN REPAIRED MY DEVICE, i would give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS, then when i came to PICK MY STUFF UP BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT WORKING ON IT, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $175 FOR WORK THEY NEVER DID. If they told me honestly like a man what was going on instead of LYING TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS MONEY, i dont wright reviews but these guys are scum, the showed ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPATHY for the situation. DO NOT GO HERE

I had my iPhone repaired at gurus cell phone repairs today and all I can say is I have never been this happy with the quality, service and friendless the gentleman who fixed my phone provided for me today. My phone is working better than ever and he even put a screen proctor on for me knowing how hopeless I am with iPhones. If something happens to my phone again I will be going straight there. Came in here for a new glass screen protector recommend by the owner who told me it was the best of the best and it would have no warping bubbles on the screen. Next day bubbles appear on the corners due to improper installation by a first timer. 3 days after that screen cracks I go to the shop I'm told they cannot refund or warranty it due to the crack even tho it cracked due to wrong installation I was told by the owner they can get me a "brand new screen" for $300 but cannot do anything else. When I told the owner the screen was installed improper he told me they cannot do anything now that its cracked. Didnt have the decency to atleast offer the $35 refund. When I confronted about his first time installer he told me he does it everyday but the day it was installed he did not know how to cut or glue the screen protector correctly, I was told hes a "certified technician" from samsung I told him I knew punjabi and that i knew what they were saying his only response was smirking at me completely unprofessional business if i knew my phone would get damaged I'd have gone to a professional shop like BestBuy not to these scam artists DO NOT go to this shop if your not looking to get scammed!

My batteries in both my iPhone 8 (2 1/2 yrs old) and iPad Pro (4yrs old)
were slowing down and not keeping their charge like they use to. I found Guru's online and noticed they had great reviews and 3 stores.
Sat. I called and they quoted a price for both and also said they take walk-ins, so I came right over. They were very courteous, said they would have my cell phone ready in about 10 mins.
Then when it came to my iPad, a gentleman carefully explained the procedure in replacing a battery in an iPad Pro. It isn't has simple as an iPhone. He had notice a small crack in my glass, saying that the procedure in removing the glass may cause the glass to break.
When I returned about 1 1/2 hrs later, to pick up my iPad, the glass didn't break, I paid for the services and thanked them and left.
When I got home, I opened up my iPad and discovered, "NO SIM CARD" which meant my cellular Data wasn't working.
After trying a few ways to get it to work myself, talking to Rogers, and then on Tues.went to Apple (who told me I needed a new iPad), I brought it back to Guru's and explained everything and they promptly asked me to leave my iPad with them and they will do their own diagnostic themselves.
Today (Thurs.) I called and it was ready for pick up. They fixed it! I was over the top thrilled! Great service! They are courteous, and stand behind their work. I highly recommend Guru's Delta for your repairs!

These guys are the best, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the level of service that I received. Bought a screen protector that ended up not fitting properly, and they went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. Even though it didn’t end up fitting I was still very happy at the end.

I took my ps4 in because they said they would fix it. My ps4 was always freezing and it was very slow, and they informed me that it was probably a hard drive failure. They took it for a flat week and when I got it back the hard drive wasn’t even replaced. I’m not sure if they had to order the hard drive but they didn’t tell me if they had to. Never take your ps4 to get repaired here.

The back looks nice they replaced for white one the only thing there was an imei on the back that didn't match with the phone one lol

When I took my sons 2DS XL in to repair the broken screen, they informed me that the part would need to be ordered and would take a week, which was fine but I expressed to them that I would like to keep it until then as my autistic son did not want to be without it for that long.
A week later I took it in to be repaired and was told they would call me later that day to pick it up. As the end of the day neared, I knew they would be closing soon so called them to see if I could pick it up. I was informed that they had ordered the wrong part, the ds was now in pieces and the new part would take another week to arrive.
Not impressed but still not complaining, I stopped by a week later to see if it was ready and was told it would be finished by the weekend as the part had still not arrived.
Finally a few days later, I get a call that it is finished so I drive down to pick it up.
Firstly I was quoted $90, but was charged $95 plus tax. Did not complain, I was just happy to finally hand it back to my son who was more than eager to get it back.
The man behind the counter hands it to me and the casing is totally warped. I asked him why it looked like that. He had no answer for me, no apology, no offer to take some money off, nothing.
I am SO disappointed. If I had known it would have taken weeks and been given to me warped I would have just sent it in to Nintendo.

I called gurus cell phone repairs and they said they could fix it, I was a bit sceptical but decided to give them a try my Watch was ready within an hour and 30mins. Omg they did an amazing job. My watch looked like new and I dint have to spend as much as I would have at the Apple store because I did not get the Apple plus warranty on it. Thank you so much, you guys are the best

I came here to get my phone fixed as the screen was shattered. This cost me $120. Just a few days later my screen completely fell out of my phone. I called to let them know what had happened and they told me to come back to get it fixed. I could not make it back in for a few weeks so in the meanwhile I applied scotch tape to hold the screen in place. When I made it back in they then charged me $160 to get the screen replaced. Once again, a month or so later, the screen fell out once again. Every time I come here, the price fluctuates depending on how much they feel like charging that day and they can’t even get the job done properly.

I took my iPhone 6s plus in for repair as it wasn’t turning on or charging and the screen was cracked. I had checked out a few places prior to and was told that it couldn’t be fixed. I was then recommended to contact gurus cell phone repair store in Langley through a friend and travelled all the way from Mission and let me tell you it was worth it. Sumeet was extremely professional and knowledgeable and said he could fix it. I had my phone back by the end of the day and no issues since. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended
