I highly not recommend this shop please don’t visit them.i went there today for my phone”s screen protector, they put crack on my brand new 15 pro max phone screen and even they didn’t accept that it was their fault.i bought my phone just few days ago.they are not professional, the man lift screen protector four to five times then he push the screen with his thumb that time my phone’s screen got cracked and he didn’t accept his fault.
Would NOT recommend this business to anyone wanting to fix their tablet computers. I took my Windows Surface laptop there to replace the battery inside the screen after they said they did that kind of work. First, it took them months to do it, with us being ghosted a few times when we called to get updates. In the end, they used the wrong glue in the screen - it was separating again after a few months -, they broke the start and volume buttons when they re-installed the screen, they ruined the camera - became foggy with hairs and specs of dust everywhere to the point that it was unusable. And to top everything up, the battery they replaced only worked for a few months so I had to keep the laptop plugged in all the time. There was a power outage recently and the computer wouldn't boot up because the broken start and volume buttons were permanently down, preventing the computer to boot-up properly. Had to take the computer to another place to get it fixed in order to access the data. Do not trust your tablet computers with these folks!
Absolutely a life saver. I had a phone issue and couldn't find any solution and Yash and his team at Gurus helped me out to fix my phone. Can recommend 100% for any of your issues.
I’ve used them for years as well as all my fellow staff, multiple times… if they can’t fix it at one of their other 9 locations, they have done at Guilford. Best service & trustworthy.

They lied to me for over 3+ months saying they were waiting for "Parts" to fix my xbox, i came in to get my stuff, they told me they couldnt give it to me, and to keep waiting because they have to put it back together,
Came back the next day, THEY STILL DID NOT PUT IT TOGETHER, and oh wow you just so happened to get the part that day when you are about to lose money?
Didnt even put the part back in, gave me my Xbox (with other missing parts which they resold in the shop, i have no proof but cmon man im not stupid) and tried to charge me $200 for NOTHING! Obviously I didn't pay. And i dont forget.
Amazing! Dropped my phone and it stopped working. Was not charging or coming on. Took it to a couple of places that told me it was unfixable. I then found these guys and within a day, my phone was fixed. It's like magic. I would recommend these guys to anyone as a first choice. Very happy with the service.
Brought in my Surface Pro 6 because it wasn't charging anymore. They were able to replace the charging port, and it works fine now. Had to wait about 3 weeks for the repair. Removed 1 star because communication could've been a bit better.
Mr. Gupreet was very straightforward and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was with my Iphone and told me how much it will cost and no non-sense and nit wasting my time. I was out of there in less than half an hour with a fixed phone and a very reasonable price. Thank you. I will be back and will refer others.

Highly recommend. Dropped my PS5 on cement and my PS5 kept overheating and buzzing. Took it to Guru and within two hours they had it working back to perfection!
I will support this business any day. Very professional and great value. Took a cell phone in for repair to Apple in Guildford Mall. Told me it could not be repair. Tried to sale me a new one. The Gurus guys fixed the same cell phone in less than a hour. Charged me $50 for a new battery.
Went in for a change of my S20 ultra back camera plate as it was cracked, I brought in my own replacement, the guy did not even offer to provide a discount since I brought my own replacement, they only had to charge for labour but charged me the full price and the job was not properly done as there was still small glass debris that was not removed before applying the new s20 ultra camera cover. Bad customer service with 0 interpersonal skills. Would not recommend
Amazing services, used Guru to replace my laptop screen and they did an amazing job My Apple wrist watch was broken as well and because it was beyond repair, Guru replaced my watch with brand new before Christmas as promised. Best service ever Thank you
I purchased three iPhone charging cables from this shope and within three weeks two are not working and when I brought this to their attention, they refused. I would not recommend you buy any accessories from them.

Used these guys twice. They’re pretty clutch in a pinch and a lot cheaper than say the apple store. They have a pretty good selection of hardware including cases and cables. They’re also really fast. Never took more than 20 mins. If you need repairs give them a chance they do good work.
Absolutely destroyed my 6s screen and they fixed it for a price cheaper than many other repair shops in addition to the Apple store itself. Got a tempered glass screen protector and an Otterbox case from them as well, both at very fair prices. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Gurus for any phone repair issues.
I went there to get my speaker replaced. While fixing they broke my screen and blamed my device for being defective.after arguing with me about having to pay for my screen to be repaired they finally replaced it for free and took the blame. I realized they put in screen that wasn’t meant for iPhone and had poor colour. I went back they then argued again and finally replaced it with a proper screen. I do not recommend.
I just went in there to have my phone unlocked so that I could change carriers. The guy working there told me it would cost about $40 to $45 to have it unlocked. I thought that I had read that it was now a free service, so I went over to the Apple Store where they informed me it is free, just phone your service provider and they will unlock it for you. Hmmmm... Did Gurus really not know that?
