Honestly, one of the most speedy service I’ve ever had when it comes to phones. We all know what a pain it is to get anything done when it comes to our cellular devices. We explained the situation to the tech at gurus cell phone repairs and in the time it took to run to Costco to pump gas and back, the phone was ready. It was actually ready while pumping gas is when we received the phone call. Even though it was just a battery replacement for an older generation iPhone the service was impeccable. Came here on the recommendation of a friend and I had a amazing experience here at gurus cell repairs store. Delighted and relieved. I was a bit doubtful as I had been to three phone repair places in langley and none were able to fix or accurately diagnose why my iPhone 13 PROMAX touch screen was no longer responding all of them kept saying i need a new screen and its 350 -400 $ way too expensive for me Went in to gurus and he explained me different possible scenarios and there free diagnostics policy The repair took 30 minutes as it was the touch screen cable Fixed for $140. I received text update letting me know it was ready early and also when they were closed for the day which saved me a trip. Thank you!

Worse experience I have ever had with a business. Brought gamepad/controller in to repair ONE joystick. Said they ordered the part directly from the manufacturer. Controller never worked, and they would have known that if they had run a simple calibration on a pc, but they made me take it home and test it myself. They clearly had no idea how to repair gamepads properly.

Brought it in to Crackerz who repaired and calibrated it the same day. Works perfectly now. Told me the joystick had never been replaced.

Went back to Gurus and asked for a receipt for the joystick part they ordered from the manufacturer. They then admitted they ordered a used controller from ebay but claimed they used one joystick from the used controlled to fix my original controller. This is a lie. They just switched them. The s/n number isn't even the same as my original controller.

After confronting them, the manager yelled at me, called me a liar, and implied other unsavory things about me. After telling them I would go to BBB, the owner agreed to give me back my original controller. When I went back to pick it up, the manager made me wait while the workers gutted the insides. What got back was just a shell.

I'm sure they'll say I'm lying or fake, like they do with the rest of the real reviews on here. But it's clear they're incapable of accountability, and become unhinged when customers try to get what they are owed.

Was not satisfied with the way the lady would speak and her whole attitude towards being asked if they have lifeproof fre cases and she said to look around the corner on wall which I went to look around the corner which she proceeded to make fun of me but it's funny cause it was on the wall rite beside her so was it my fault that she was not clear about what a corner is or is she just disrespectful and rude for talking to customers like were dumb not happy with service and I was looking for a charger for my LG sport watch and she tryed to sell me a apple charger

This experience with these guys was horrible. Sold me a phone that was brand new apparently. Take it home thing doesn't even turn on scratches all over the phone. Not impressed. Biggest scam phone repair company in the lower mainland.

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and was looking for a cell phone repair shop in my area. I found this shop near by and decided to give it a try. I found the sales gentleman very polite and knowledgeable. I decided to get the screen repaired since the price was very reasonable compared to some shops charging more for the same type of screen. What was most amazing was he repaired my phone before my eyes and was done in 5-10 minutes whereas other shops were saying it would take hours.or I might need to drop my cell off for a day or two. Once he was done with the screen repair, my cell phone felt like new.

I was overall pleased with the service and quality of work provided by this shop. I will be returning for any cell phone issues in the future. Thank you

STAY AWAY! Took my phone in to get the screen replaced. They ended up taking my perfectly good battery and replaced it with a cheap one. Gave them my phone with a full charge. Got it back in half hour with 3%. Phone now won't charge properly and overheats constantly.

Amazing customer service! Leaving your phone to be repaired is almost like leaving your child for surgery. Gurus took my phone at 10: 00AM and gave me words of assurance. The diagnostic revealed a motherboard problem, so their Guru would have to do the repair. I picked up the phone same day. Unfortunately I forgot my screen protectors that I left with them just in case they had to replace the screen. I called and asked if they could mail then to me, and they offered to drop them off to my house since one of the employees lived close by. Just now he left them at the door.
Just to conclude, they didn't upcharge at all, they didnt drum up fake work. They were very professional and respectful, and they went the extra mile! WOW! Five stars isnt enough.

I’m usually not good at leaving a review. These guys are awesome. They diagnosed my iPhone issue right away and took them less than 10 minutes to replace the battery and Taptic Engine. All cost 95 with tax.bit pricey but I’m happy with the result. I got my phone working again

I had originally called to get a quote to get my screen replaced and was told the amount. Phoned back a couple days later and the amount was the same. I went in a was greeted the minute i came in. The gentlemen were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their estimated time for the repair was spot on, and it only took 45 minutes. If i ever need to get another phone repaired, i will definitely be going back.

Just had my screen repaired, but it really wasn't the best job. There are glue residue all along the frame of the phone, I know modern phones aren't easy to open, but Ive seen cleaner jobs. They also messed the model of the screen and I had to wait an extra half hour to get it.

Best place in town for laptop and tablet repair, have used them 3 times now for different issues and received great service always, got my MacBook LED screen replaced here in two hours at a great price, MacBook was driven over by my bike and it's display cracked and I needed it for my classes and called everyone, guru's cell phone repairs guys were honest and fast and had the right parts in stock and fixed it right away, I can't tell the difference, my MacBook is brand new again

Best Store for phone and iPad repairs, came in with a broken iphone 11 pro and within 20 minutes it was all fixed and new again, also got my iPad 7 screen done here last week and it's perfect.

On Sunday, I went to the shop and asked the clerk how much it would cost to have two small wires soldered on my headphones. I was shocked when he said $50. He did mention that when his technician arrives (in ten minutes), he might be able to give you a bit of a break on the price. I thanked him and decided to find a more reasonably-priced alternative. I am only offering a comment on a pricing issue and not on their expertise.

Brought my smart phone for what I thought needed a battery replacement. These guys pulled it apart and told me it needed a new motherboard as a new battery wouldn't have helped. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis which was nice of them.

These guys repaired my cell phone screen they didn't attach it properly and within a week to fell off when I brought it back they said it was a damaged that I did on my own when I just paid $75 so they wanted me to pay another $75 to get a new screen when it wasn't even my fault
