I recently had the privilege of getting my hair cut by hairstylist UK, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did he provide an amazing haircut, but his service was top-notch as well. From the moment I walked into the salon, UK made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Throughout the appointment, he engaged in delightful conversations, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. It felt like I was catching up with an old friend while simultaneously getting a fabulous haircut. I cannot wait to return for my next hair transformation.

I got a layered haircut from here today and it is really awesome. I had a great experience and i know I’m always gonna come here. The Indian guy named UK really attended me well

Lavanya is an amazing and talented hairstylist! She is attentive to detail and went beyond my expectations. Lavanya was very transparent in what she was doing and her honest feedback and opinions were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff were friendly and the space is very welcoming.

Some man had me sit in his chair for TWO HOURS FOR A HAIRCUT. I asked for a V-shape and gave me like a %-shape? THEN told me "yeah I usually just blow-dry and style" after decapitating my scalp. Never again with him at least.

I am very thankful to UK for my amazing hair cut today. He is very polite and thorough, and clearly understand what you are looking for. Thank you UK for the amazing hair cut would highly recommend him!

I had the pleasure of having Lavanya as my hairdresser today! I first met her last week for a consultation and I knew I'd be in good hands. She was so sweet and kept answering all my questions. I went in today for my service and left the salon feeling great. I would highly recommend Lavanya for your next service! You will not be disappointed.

Went with a caramel shade for the first time and I must say Lavanya and Sam did an amazing job:) Everyone working at the salon were very kind and polite. I also loved how clean and well maintained the salon it is. I would recommend coming here.

I am a first time client of the salon and of the stylist named UK, I was so nervous I had an awful experience at a previous salon so I've avoided it until today. The people there are very kind and welcoming, the salon is clean and offers tons of great products to purchase, they washed and conditioned my hai. The stylist understood my anxiety and walked me through everything he was doing showing me along the way. The cut and style is beautiful! I definitely will be going back and fully recommend this stylist and salon

This place was working on me but they went and started working on a another person and she got the wrong colors in my hair and now I look like I’m 80.

The best salon in the lower mainland! The salon hairstylists and owners are so kind and understanding. My mom went in to have her head shaved before her cancer treatment and they were so empathetic and kind with her. She’s been to their salon several times before for haircuts, colour and root touch ups. Each time they’ve treated her with lots of love. However, this time was a bit bittersweet for us. Even with the situation, they were super positive and didn’t charge us for the service which means so much to us. We’re so grateful for their kindness and hope to be back here very soon!

Amazing! I have been going to Guzel for two years, never lets me down! Please ask for Sam! I got my hair cut after quite some time, he listened carefully to what I wanted, did above and beyond and more importantly, gave me advice on how to care for my hair for maintenance and strength. Everyone is really kind, the salon is clean and I have a 10/10 experience every time!

The service is nice but there are a lot of hidden charges. I won’t be surprised they charge you for waiting in the waiting area too.

Wasan is so nice, humble, amazing woman, really she is so so sooo good I can't even explain how good and patience she is. It was excellent experience with her, even, she treated me like a mother. She did my hair keratin and now my hair are so nice and smooth. I would suggest to take your hair treatment from her

Overpriced as they give you different estimate before booking and increase after the procedure is done. Cause you cant say no then.
And you wont even get the stylist you requested cause they forgot to schedule her

Guzel Salon is one of the best salons in Surrey. I got a haircut here today. The staff is very professional and friendly. Clean environment. I felt very welcomed and my hair turned out exactly as I wanted. Definitely recommend!

I went to this place twice as I am looking for a new/better salon close to my place.

Both times Aamira did my root touch ups, she did a good job. The only thing I didn’t liked was that she will do the colour then someone else will either wash your hair and blow dry. I expect only stylist to take care of my hair, the one I booked my appointment with.
Second time my experience Was not so good. The young guys who washed and blow dry my hair was so careless washing my hair that I got water all around my neck and he didn’t even realized it. Then while trying to remove excessive colour around my forehead he scrubbed my forehead so harshly that my forehead got super red.
Lastly he was in big rush to blow dry that he left my hair half wet and started selling me the product by telling me that my hair are all super dry and they need better product. (Side note: I am going to a professional hair salon for years and my hair are very healthy, no issues)
As much I like Aamira’s work, with this not so good experience it makes me think if I should go back or not!

I've been going to this salon for almost a year and the service is always amazing! I've gone to Sam 3-4 times for hair colour and style and will never go to another stylist again. I'm so picky about my hair but Sam blends the colour perfectly and finishes off with a smooth blowout. He's educational, knowledgeable, and just great at his job. If you're looking for a new salon, don't hesitate to come here!

I went there for hair colour and hair cut. I got very satisfied service from there. The lady who gave me service was so good. She was very patient thought I don’t know her name but she was the one who supposed to get off on Tuesday but she came and i think she is the owner of the salon. I got many compliments. I will definitely visit this place again.

I went to this salon for the first time after a recommendation from my sister. I saw Sam for coloring and a haircut and he did an amazing job! Throughout the service, he educated me about hair care and recommended certain products for my hair type. He also cut my hair to my desired length. Great customer service and everyone is friendly and polite. Highly recommend this salon!

I had an appointment at 11: 00 Am. After asking me for my hair color, nobody came to attend me for 35 mins, and after never ending wait, I had to cancel my hair color. Eventually I ended up ruining my day #weekend. So unprofessional.

Saira is the amazing hair stylist. I am so possessive about my hair nd she is only person to whom i can fully trust. Always she is giving me good hair cuts and suggests me new ways to keep my hair healthy. She is the best. I highly recommend this place specially saira.

Sam is an incredible stylist who’s incredibly knowledgeable with today’s trends! The staff are super friendly and the salon is always a fun place to visit. I appreciate the measures they’ve been taking with Covid and it’s great to know they care about the clientele. I also love the product they carry. As a man it’s always difficult to know what to use but Sam always recommends the best product for my hair!

I got my hair cut by Gina. She was extremely nice; professional and patient. She answered all my questions regarding hair attentively and gave me valuable advice. She asked for my choice of cut and did exactly what I wanted and gave me the volume and the best haircut. Best experience and highly recommend.

I recently went for a haircut and highlights, but get very disappointed and now regretting for going to this salon. I’m neither happy with the cut nor with the highlights. I wasted my $270

I loved what Saira did to my hair, at first i was nervous but in the end god i could not be more sure about anything else. I got my hair coloured and cut and in love with my hair ever since. I really liked the salon the environment and also the staff is super friendly and overall great especially Saira who helped me; she is the best!

I had blonde balayage with baby lights done for the first time. Saira did a phenomenal job on the color, and gave me a beautiful hair cut too. She did even better than what I wanted, and taught me how to take better care of my hair. She was very friendly and professional. My experience at this salon was excellent, and I will go back, and would definitely recommend. They treat their clients very well. I am very happy I went there.

Staff are so friendly. The salon is so nice. It was very clean and they are all doing a wonderful job during the Covid 19 to keep everyone safe. My hairdresser was Amira She is such a nice lady. When I left I was so happy. She did an amazing job. It was my first time back there in probably 15 yrs. I moved out of that area so I found someone closer. This is the best hair salon in Surrey. I have been to a few in Surrey which did a horrible job but guzel salon is something else. They seem like they are doctors of hairstylist, they all have so much experienc. Samira And Sam are my favourite hairstylists both of them are unique. The rest have experience that is unbelievable also, front desk person is also super awesome and very friendly. Also, noticed how clean the shop is with the COVID situation.

The staffs are very friendly and polite, they empathize and give their clients a positive feedback. They also record your formula so when you go back for toning they know what to use! 100/10

I’m not sure of the ladies name who did my hair but I didn’t get what I wanted, I wanted a few highlights instead she ends up foiling almost all my hair making super ugly chunky highlights and and on top of the terrible highlight job she did my hair is fried to crisp from the bleach she let sit in my hair for way to long

This was my first time going there for a Haircut. Sam was simply amazing. My overall experience was better than expected. Thank goodness I didn't go anywhere else. I still have long hairs which look better then ever. After the positive results of first day, I wanted to get an appointment for Balayage. Sam worked his magic and I got what I wanted as it was just as perfect as I wished.

I recently came here for the 2nd time, and once again they did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and service. Saira cut my hair the first time, and she was so caring and gave great suggestions on what I could do with my hair. She did an amazing job which made me come back the second time, which is when I had Gina. Without saying much Gina gave me exactly what I wanted, and also had some great suggestions. So many compliments after the cuts by both ladies, will definitely come back again.
