Was here at opening and no line but wouldn’t see me because I have a workplace injury? I can assume I’m not worth their time

My husband and I just had a great experience here. The clinic is clean and beautiful, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Frank Clarke - he was acknowledging of our concerns, explained his thought process, and talked about the treatment plan moving forward. I would highly recommend this clinic!
Note: as a walk-in, you should call the clinic in the morning of the day you'd like to be seen, and book into a time slot. They don't make appointments in advance.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff and practitioners at Gwaii Medical. They have done so much to see that my family’s medical needs are met. The medical assistants and practical nurses are kind thorough and cheerful. Staff try to fit in urgent medical appointments, and do a great job assisting with paperwork and referrals. I am extremely grateful to the care and attention my family and I have received from Doctor E. Lynch. She takes extra time with me even though she has a full day, and because of this I know I am well looked after under her patient care. I know she has gone above and beyond for me and I have seen her do the same for other patients as well. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Lynch as my doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her upbeat, positive, caring manner, her inquisitive nature, expertise and knowledge are amazing. Looking forward to many more years of seeing Dr. Lynch.

Went in half an hour after opening and I would have already been the last walk in patient (with only 1 other before me) before they wouldn't take any more for the day.
Then they refused to take me because I have a sinus infection and the doctor is "very particular".
