Ordered some tempered glass for a car sunroof, they forgot to place the order to their supplier, so it took an extra 10 days to get the glass.

Very dissatisfied. Say they do not do free chip repairs even AFTER it was confirmed by ICBC. Major attitude. Never darken there doorstep again.
