Thank you, Haddon! Our 7-year old coin operated washers and dryers broke down one day. We really thought it was dead. Called Haddon's customer service and they sent their technician out the next day. The technician located the problem, it was a simple inexpensive commercial laundry repair, while here we had him check the squeal coming from the dryer. We thought it might be the bearing going out in the motor. Turned out to be just old, worn rollers on the drum. Haddon's technician was honest, friendly, and helpful.
