Hair Castle

I wanted to change my hair color for a very long time but was very skeptical about it. However, Robin has done an excellent job and has addressed all my concerns. The entire team has provided exceptional service. I Highly recommend this salon.

Jolly gave me the best haircut of my life.
It was a last minute appointment but came out of the salon with happiness and satisfaction. My kids and hubby had amazing haircuts too.
4 months ago got hair coloring/highlights from same salon with Robin. He did an awesome job on coloring too.

They give you the best treatment in regard to your hairstyling, facial and other treatments and care. Raman di was very kind and every other staff members who made you feel welcomed.

I recently got my hair smoothning and global colour done by Raman Sandhu and Raman Grewal, both girls were really hard working they really worked so well. I am happy with hair result.

Jolly was incredible. Extremely kind and professional and booked and took the appropriate time for the service. I never felt rushed or like there were competing interests or focus. He was thorough in his work and super transparent about everything. He provided a quote after a deeper discussion about what had been done to the hair and what the goals were, and he planned and was realistic and reasonable about expectations from both his end and mine. He was able to work through all of the issues and concerns I had coming in after a poor job done by another stylist/colourist, and maintained the integrity of my hair. He did what I wanted and what was best and right for me and my hair.

Will definitely be back for future services with him and will be referring anyone I know.

I took my son for haircut with Manav and it was the best haircut he has had in his 15 yrs. Fade and line up was on point and he disguised and worked around his cowlicks and he has curly hair as well. Highly recommend this shop and Manav they are very detail oriented and very professional and the shop was so clean and hygienic.

I first time went to them for hair colour but unexpectedly left very disappointed. No doubt the team is friendly. But they are not people of their words, because firstly they called me for consultation checked my hair everything. The colour was chosen and I openly asked about the service charges twice, “I was told $200, because I want highlights, no biolage, no ombre. As per appointment I went there expecting everything as per discussion. After everything was done, when I asked for payment they said, please give $285. So, I believe its not good if you want to earn loyal customers as I was thinking to continue with them. But, now I will not recommend them to anyone, its not matter of money, I want to alert the future customers that they change their words and prices. It felt like cheated because I don’t want to create scene for $85. Despite that its about how shopkeepers tell low prices to attract customers, later on charge more than commitment. Thanks.
Underneath, I want to clarify the users and responder that I clearly mentioned I donot want baylage or ombre.you clearly said the thing I am expressing is old fashion highlights. I said yes to that based on the consultation day. The colour was same as selected on consultation day. A customer can tell you colour expectation and style your comb is weaving or back forth the method is of hairstylist’s which a layman donot know and everyone has a budget which I asked on day of consultation. If you have explained that it will more than that which was previously told I would have refused it & asked for one that I was told. So, if someone have booked an appointment after consultation then they come to get same treatment not that being told $200 and charge $85 extra. I was making my head to continue my rest of services with this salon but now I don’t think so. Because right to information is priority and utmost right of customer. I feel cheated because of told something and served something else. I donot want to be rude but this is not the way of customer service. Because I clearly denied biolage. I asked for streaks simple and you said that are very old form of highlights. I said yes I want that. If it works the way you are telling then what is the point of consultation, why someone specially visit you to after taking out time from their tight schedule.besides being apologetic you are blaming customer about the service that they never asked for. I would have loved it and never complained if I was provided with, what I have asked. So, I request customers to please double check price commitment on the day you take treatment because it changes after you take the service. Strongly not recommended. You know that it’s disappointing when someone break the commitment, how it feels? Its not matter of money and if its like that to avoid miscommunication you shouldn’t have insisted for full amount at that point of time. Which you are saying I can take back. I donot want this review to write but, it’s important so that people will not face this kind of problem again and everything should be reviewed with them in detail that this is this thing and these are the charges. I am still feeling bad that I am writing because I was making mind to be regular customer. It was bad day.

I went in for a hair cut. I have super curly hair and I’m always very careful when choosing the right salon for my hair. I must say that Mona did a great job on my hair as everyone cannot handle my type of hair…love my new haircut
