Absolutely the worst salon I have ever been to in my life. The reason I even went there was because i just moved in the area. I showed them my own picture to show them how I like my hair cut as, but without even asking me, the girl cut my hair all short. Ken tried to fix my hair after that but obviously he can not grow them back. Very bad experience.

Had my hair cut by Gloria today. She was very careful and thorough, asking questions before cutting more along the way to ensure I left satisfied. I have long hair and it was under $30 taxes in. You can tell this is a local favourite where everyone knows the hairdressers' names. Tip them well! They deserve it.

If you need a haircut, look for Helen! She has been my hairdresser over the past 10 years and she has always taken good care of my hair. Thank you Helen!

Personally, I had a great experience with the services here. My hairdresser did what I wanted and I got a good price too. For a trim of my medium-long, it was only 22. Great price and satisfying cut. I'd definitely come back here again.

I decided to get my haircut last Friday and it was the worst experience ever. I asked the stylist to do a V shaped haircut with layers, she just sprayed some water at the ends of my hair and after cutting she blow dry the front one stroke of brush on each side and that’s it. I asked if she can shampoo my hair and it’s okay for me to pay extra the she complained and said if she will do that she have to blow dry my hair. Seriously? ! So I told her that’s okay but she didn’t even blow dry the back of my hair and I went out with wet hair. Super bad service

First time trying this salon and it was good service and I am satisfied with my hair cut and super good value! Will come again!

The gentleman hairdresser is very rude, not friendly at all.not polite, doesnt respect elderly. I called few months ago to ask a question about senior hair color price, he sent me to hell.
All the woman are very nice.

The hairdresser Helen who cut my hair did a great job. She talked me up enough to make me feel comfortable and in good hands. She did what I had hoped for and paid attention to detail. I couldn't be more pleased.

The 2 stylists present had such pleasant personalities and took great care of my elderly mother. Further, for the price, it was a decent haircut, and my mother loved it. Found her new Salon!

Ken is an amazing hair stylist. He could easily charge $50+ at other fancy hair salons but he's so humble and kind he gives the same high quality for less than $20 including tips. He's been cutting my hair for over 15 years and I even trusted him for my wedding hair cut which he did an amazing job as he does every time.

You get what you paid. First time there and last. I had a hair cut in layers. My hair was cut almost dry. Not measuring both sides to make sure they were equal.shame on me for notcomplaining. Oh my gosh it was terrible. Other places charge around 50 dollars, so wwhen I walked-in I knew that it could be bad.charged me 21 dollars for
10 min harcut. I deeply regret it because I have to pay another hairdresser to fix it. I do NOT recommended at all, not even for free! L. I am quite annoyed.

This is the second time I've taken my daughter to get her hair cut here. Very nice cuts for kids at the lowest prices I've seen. Friendly staff, too.

I had been going there for the last 15 years. The place is clean and the hair dressers are friendly. Most of the customers there are local. Now it isn't a fancy place. They do simple haircut there, nothing really fancy. I'm a man and my hairdresser Ken has been with me for 15 years. I can't say much about the ladies' styling but for men they are really good. There are 4-5 hairdressing places around Marpole but they are pretty busy.

This is a small and decent local place with amazing people.

Been going there for close to a decade now, very straightforward business, my favourite part of it is the barbers can tell if you are or arent in a chatty mood. So if you dont feel like taking, you dont feel obligated to, but if youd like you're always welcome to strike up a conversation.

I'm shocked! Such an amazing quality hairstyle and service I got from that place. I went to many different places around Vancouver and paid from 25 to 50$. Yesterday for 15$ I got a 50$ hair cut. Thanks a lot guys. See you next time!

I have been going here for 15 years, even after I moved out of the neighborhood. Completly affordable with hairdressers who are professional and personable. Drop ins are always welcome, but an appointment is recommended if you're going on the weekend or don't have time to wait. It's a busy little shop with very regular clientele.

My friend just got her hair done here and I've honestly never seen a worse cut. She asked before she sat down if she could have an inch off the ends and her layers refreshed. When she sat down the girl took ~half an inch off the bottom and refused to do her layers. They chargered her full price to not get her hair done as requested.
