It was the worst. I won't go there anymore. My haircut only took 5 minutes. I don't know what the hairdresser thought was good about my hair. I don't want to give even 1 star.

Our haircutter of choice for our little fella who is not a fan of haircuts! Clean. Well organized. Does great with our kid.

The people are friendly and usually very good. The hair stylist cut my hair a little too short this time. Oh well it will grow

Went here for a haircut and left with no hair. "hairdresser" did not listen my request multiple times as to how I liked my hair done. Left with 2 uneven lines and I had to come home and take my own clippers to my head because she didn't finish the job! If you look closely you can see the lines. I walked out & you'd think the owner who was in the next spot over with a customer who is listening & watching what just happened.says nothing! Poor business that's for sure.

0/10 experience, i have naturally curly hair and after the hair dresser washed the colour out of my hair it was still dripping wet and she starts ripping through my hair with a brush which then of course knots into a ball which she then decided to snip it off without asking me mind you and continues to complain under her breath about how “tangly” it was. I asked for a 1/2 inch off my ends at the beginning of the appointment but my hair is now shoulder length (was waist length) She also thinned my hair without addressing me first.will not be returning.

My stylist was Carly who chose the perfect root color for me and then put the perfect non- frizzy products in my hair. She certainly knows her craft. She made it look so effortless. Once it dried it was adorably pretty! Excellent prices too.

Very rushed not even 10 minutes. My hair is not even blended correctly and there are so many uneven hair. I have always gone here and as a bride to be soon, I am very upset at the poor quality service I got. No attempt to even double check that everything was nice and even on the ends. My bangs I asked to be kept long but have a longer curtain bangs. They aren't even blendid! And went super short.

Now I have to try and go elsewhere to fix it.

I will never come back. As a 10+year customer.

After having very long hair for years I suddenly decided to get a very short hair cut, so obviously I was stressed, but they did an incredible and amazing job! I contacted different salons in Campbell River but they were all booked out for the next 2/3 weeks because of Covid, then I randomly walked into this one, and as they only do walk in they gave me a spot straight away! I was so happy with their availability, they listened to me and gave me good advices about what type of short haircut would suit me. Also, my hairstylist was very kind and funny and.omg the price, I only payed 20$ when in other places they say they would charge me around 90$ because it was a “makeover”. Anyway, that’s a 10/10 for hair squared, everything was perfect!

Beautiful environment, awesome vibe! I wanted to do a little color for summer fun.but not too crazy. The stylist, Rad, was attentive, and took the time to make sure we were on the same page. She executed it perfectly. Better than I imagined!

No stylist has let me down. Top notch work. The place to go for hair, without a doubt!

High end salon quality cuts and colours for budget prices. Why pay 50 for what you can get at the same quality for under twenty. Walk-ins only, but it is worth it for the quality you get for such a small fee and the staff are always so accommodating. Amazing place. The only place we go. The staff are very competent and friendly. The hair dye my kid got would have been several hundreds anywhere else. Here, the woman devoted hours of her time and it was only eighty. I always tip well when I go, because they are worth it with the level of effort they put in.

I always have Oksana do my hair. She is very talented and listens to what you want. She is also a very lovely person.

Friendly staff. Listens to how I want my haircut. Knows how to cut my type of hair. Have been going there for years.

Ladies have done a great job both times I've come in, I'll definitely be returning in the future
