Hakim Optical Vancouver - King Edward Village

Visited this branch for the first time earlier today, and I have nothing but good things to say. The desk staff were helpful and polite and Dr Amninder, was an excellent and informative optometrist. I highly recommend visiting this location.

I went to get contact lenses. The prescription was wrong. They ask me to return the default product and i never heard back from them. They already got paid by my insurance company. I m out $429 and they have not replaced the product with the proper prescription. They basically are playing ignorant each time i call to inquire about my lenses. Its been a month now. I would caution anyone of their poor business practice and customers services. A rip off!
