This was my first visit to this quilting shop, and I was very impressed! They have a fabulous selection of quilting fabrics, lots of patterns and books and very reasonable prices at $17.95 per metre for pretty much all of their cottons. The young woman working there gave me a friendly greeting when I entered and checked in with me periodically. I will certainly be returning.

If you haven't been to this store, you will be amazed! Over the top gorgeous, bright and so much inspiration! Only a 40 minute drive from Victoria and totally worth it! Owner has nailed this shop! I would rate it number 1 on the Island! Need to do another trip out there!

The staff was helpful and attentive without being too in your face. They also have a beautiful selection of fabrics.

The owner and employee came to my rescue when my quilt kit had visually crooked plaid pieces. I explained that I had purchased the kit at the old Hamels. They worked on it and sent replacement strips with plaid cut straight. The people at Hamels Fabrics & Bouledogue Quilt Compant have shown such kindness. Huge selection. I will shop here again. They have a beautiful selection of material and patterns to choose from! This is my favorite quilt shop!
