Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Langley-Surrey

Second time here. Great location to stay. Good eateries and shopping near by. The Willowbrook mall is a few mins walk on a nice day.
The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff were wonderful. Special shout-out to Ajay, there.
The coffee, tea and hot chocolate station is open all day and well stocked.
The swimming pool is small. But has a slide for kids and a hot tub for adults. Wish they stocked towels esp when the hotel is full of kids.
The morning breakfast is standard as in any Hampton Inn - waffle maker, some hot breakfast, oatmeal, breads, muffins, yogurt, cereal and fruits. Loved their mango infused water.
A definite place to stay whether its for a night or two.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Pool is great for kids. Hot tub did not have good jets but thats okay. Breakfast was included and there was variety. The only loudness was the occasional train but it went by once. Stafd was friendly

I would highly recommend staying here but do not recommend booking through their site. The third party company it takes you too is ridiculous.

The friendliest staff and always a clean welcoming environment. We are lucky to have found this hotel.

Great stay for value and amazing breakfast. Just be aware there is a train beside, our families use to them so it was not a problem.

We decided on this Hampton Inn due to location. We like to park-it somewhere, unpack and then do daily trips to visit the sites around, such as White Rock, Deep Cove, Lynn Canyon, Horseshoe Bay, Stanley Park, Whistler and more. Being close to Fraser Highway and a bunch of other Highway, it makes it quick to get on 99 or the TransCanada and zip around. And being close to Walmart and Costco, means inexpensive gas and if we forgot to pack anything, it was fast and easy to get.

Phenomenal breakfast, pumpkin spice waffles? Yes please! Ajay and Garima went above and beyond! Fantastic pool for the kids, friendly staff, pumpkin waffles. Awesome!

Nice place. Great breakfast. Friendly staff, swimming pool, hot tub. Weight room could be a bit bigger, but otherwise it works just fine.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast included was quite robust-omelette, bacon, toast, waffles, muffins, etc and included in room price. Coffee was excellent. I gave a lower score for location because of the horrendous traffic in front of the hotel. Turning left was difficult and even turning into the hotel required a strange turn (unless you turn into the restaurant beside it). Two washers and two dryers on site which was handy when you are there for a week.

Extremely disappointed with all that plastic for breakfast! What is this? Get real plates and cutlery. Jam, honey etc also that useless one-time use packaging. Food for breakfast was so untasty and zero variety there.
Why is the cooling running when you enter the room? Big energy waste right there.

Not an eco-friendly place. For the huge money you charge for one night, you could do more for the environment. Will not return.

Always my choice for a place to stay in this area. Staff are always polite and happy to make your stay more pleasant. Ajay at the front desk and Julio at breakfast made my stay memorable each time. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Mice infested location. May wanna think twice before you book! When we approached the lady about it. She said yes she knew about the infestation. Told her the mice were all over the coffee machine and she just said ok. And did nothing about it. Minutes before i had a coffee.

I travel a lot for work and when coming to Vancouver this facility on the Langley bypass always meets and exceeds my needs.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the complementary breakfast was great! Overall a great place to stay at a reasonable rate.

Arrived after a international flight. I am a diamond member that has travelled all over the world with hilton. I was so disgusted by the service.

Just arrived after an international flight to this mouse infested hotel. The front desk lady was awful! Claiming she had been there for ten years. We are lifetime diamond members, and had already received our digital key. She was rude, and would not grant access to our room. We have never had any issues before, but after this experience we are questioning switching hotel chains. Would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.

Extremely unpleasant experience over the phone. I called in ahead of the arrival date to put down a credit card (I was paying for someone else's wedding night as a gift) and was told I couldn't do that by a very unpleasant receptionist. I asked her if there was any way we could make it work, I had to put down a card to book the room, and she said no and almost hung up on me. When I said I wasn't finished with the call she told me she had "other guests waiting". For reference, the call was 2 minutes duration, I looked it up. When I asked to speak to a manager to see about possibly making an exception she very rudely told me that there was no manager in. I think the name of the receptionist was Roberta?
I made other arrangements for payment privately and then, the next morning, the card I was trying to have charged was charged after all! So obviously this is something that could've been arranged and it could've been done without the poor customer service of the lady on the phone. I will not be using this hotel again.
The couple who did stay said the room was nice and they had a nice stay.

Fine hotel very nice staff waffle maker is great. Have a car though because there are few things to do walking distance and getting around is a pain in that area

Decided to try this place for our 2-year anniversary staycation.
Service was friendly from checking in to checking out.
Free parking, free breakfast, complimentary amenities and late checkout at noon… what more can you ask for in a staycation?
We’ll likely return on our next anniversary.

The place was overall okay the problem is our flight got in late and had to drive there. We scheduled a room and informed them it would be after midnight and when we got there they said they couldn’t check us in because we had a room for the day before technically. She canceled our reservation and then rebooked us the problem is it was 70 dollars extra…. We called the main reservation number and they gave us our original price to which the girl at the desk said she had the same problem and booked us at the higher rate again. All in all took about 3 hours to handle.

What a great spot for an overnight stay! The water slide was lots of fun, the kids had a blast. Great location easy to find. We will be back.

Outstanding Customer Service! From the moment we walked into the lobby until the day we checked out it was absolutely first class all the way. My compliments to the management team that has assembled such a team of first class people!

Towels were the worse! The coarseness actually hurt to use. Strange but true.
Staff was pretty good and nice. The location was pretty good. The main street outside the hotel is pretty loud with fast and furious type of cars going up and down, but did not notice them at night time.
