Really disorganized booking system. Movers broke a decoration and didn’t mention anything to me, just left it on my table.

The truck GVW is 14590 and it took Lions gate bridge which is illegal AND stayed in the middle lane after the light changed to red on a high speed almost didn’t make it into the green light lane when the opposite side start to drive in. It was a very dangerous incident. Such an irresponsible driver.

Had service done on a GE cafe fridge. Tech was so great and helpful. Nice office staff as well!

Purchased from Handy Appliances for the first time and the experience was friendly and easy to do business with them. Appreciated that there was no high pressure selling. The delivery and installation team were excellent and did the work with confidence. On the day of delivery there was a concern with part of the order, but we were able to work through it and Handy Appliance stepped up to the plate as a responsible seller ensuring I was happy with the outcome. Deep, Tina and Manny were all very helpful and we will consider Handy Appliances the next time we need a large appliance.

My landlord ordered a new fridge for my unit. We received excellent, professional delivery. Manjinder and his colleagues ensured the fridge was correctly installed, flush against all edges, plugged in and steady. They even adjusted the door so that it opened the correct way prior to bringing the fridge in. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

We had an issue with our washer/dryer unit. I submitted their form and had a repair date set right away.
The young repairmen showed up when he said he would, immediately put on little booties, repaired the drier (I described the problem when submitting the form and he had already identified parts needed), and cleaned up quickly. I had a good idea of costs beforehand from information on their website. Excellent.

Terrible service, incompent Handy Appliances should be the name. It took them 1 month to realize they ordered the "wrong part" and will keep me waiting for another month AKA they forgot to order it.
