Worst service ever! The receptionist was extremely rude!
We recently adopted a cat who is still shy. However her surgery appointment was pre-booked from BC SPCA. It was not our choice of clinic and this it new experience for us in Canada. So we took the cat there!
1. They charged us $25 to trim her nails. We asked them to do it while the cat is under anesthesia because it was almost impossible to catch her. Later we were told that is was way too much for that. That was however not the worst!
2. After the surgery they gave us the cat with no cone on. We asked about it and the receptionist told us that BC SPCA was supposed to give us one. Ok, but they didn’t! So the receptionist just rolled her eyes and told us to go to any pet shop and buy one. Guess what there aren’t any! We called back and the same receptionist again said they actually have some at the clinic but cost $15.
It is not about the money or who did not do his job along the way! IT IS ABOUT THE SERVICE!
That receptionist person left me thinking that I received this treatment just because of my accent! Maybe it was not the reason I don’t know but I want to tell that person that my family doesn’t deserve that no the little cat we try to make comfortable!

Best and experienced Vet…. The staff is caring and compassionate. Highly recommend this place for your pets.
