Hannam Supermarket Langley

** Oct. 2022 Update ** The store has made noticeable improvement since my last review. The store is bright, clean, and well organized. All the items are clearly marked in both English and Korean, including the on-sale items. Love the bakery department. Especially the fried pastries. They look so delicious. You can almost taste them. Remember all those delicious Korean dishes you love so such; Kimchi, rice cake soup, BBQ. You can get all the ingredients you need here. Now is the perfect season to enjoy the hot, steamy, Korean hotpot. The store was opened about a year ago. The building used to be a bowling alley. The store has its own parking lot. Public transit nearby.

Clean fresh vegetables, varieties of fresh/ frozen seafoods, yummy ready made foods or prepack for dinner.friendly staffs.love it

I went to this store because I was curious about another Korean market in the area. But to my surprise the shop is surprisingly clean and I found their frozen foods prices and produce to be much cheaper than other Asian markets in the area. I would strongly suggest the market if you live in the area.

They have nice staff and fresh products. I especially adore the ready to eat food they sell in the deli section.

Nice new store. It has a big red sign with “HNS” at the parking entrance. I was expecting some sort of Korean worded sign and didn’t expect this type of sign. So I indeed missed the entrance as a first visitor. This place do not have many assortment of products so be aware that you might not be able to find some brands here. I’m sure it will get better as they practice their business.

Korean food, seafood, meat, cooked food, sushi, etc.are very complete, I like this shop very much

I went here last week and when I was walking by the sushi and side dishes section, the staff there had their mask under their nose and consistently touch their mask with the SAME gloves they use to make food.

Other than that, the store is quite clean and well organized compared to the Surrey location.

Not the best selection unless you are looking for instant noodles. Staff can be a little rude. Prices are a little high

Clean, new and well stocked with Korean and other Asian products. Staff are generally friendly and the place is easy to get to/park. Avoid high traffic times though as the parking lot isn't very big.

I bought a soup which is passed a week after packing, they put on new label with new (7days later) packed date. I realized later.

Quality products & Great Prices! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I come here usually for specialty items and I'm never disappointed.

Good place if you are looking for Korean groceries. Compared with the H-Mart on Fraser Hwy which is close by, this store has way more selection.
