I am one of those people who thinks I did a great job reserving plane tickets through Hanssem Travel Agency:) Especially, thanks to the help of “MJ Manager, ” my difficult return trip ended with a beautiful memory. Thank you so much.:)
I heard that Air Canada has been having a lot of problems lately with frequent delays, cancellations, and changes, and I couldn't escape that case either. In my case, I was sitting there with a lot of people waiting for me to finish boarding and leave, but they kept me on the plane for 3 hours saying they would fix the aircraft problem, and then they finally notified me of the cancellation. I wonder if they were telling me to survive on my own from then on. The staff were furious and the passengers were angry. It got worse. At a time when I was frustrated and having a hard time because no information was being updated, I contacted a travel agency and with the help of Manager MJ, I adjusted my flight ticket to the best of my ability and was able to travel home safely and comfortably. I commend Hanssem for providing good updates and friendly service every time.

You proceeded very quickly with the cheapest information and I really like it. I will be a regular from now on! I plan to use this place for both my travels in Canada and Korea^^ I'm so satisfied~~It's the best! There is a reason why it is famous in cafes too! It was recommended to me, so I looked into it and was so satisfied that I am leaving a review

Super awesome service. Booked flights with them that needed to be cancelled due to COVID. They were tremendously helpful with cancelling the bookings and have continued to help with answering any questions related to updated airline policies. While they can’t control airline policy changes, Hansem is much more helpful than any airline customer representatives in clarifying and addressing customer concerns.
