Hansen's Classic Pizza

Best in town. Consistent and high quality. Only ever ordered pickup which is always hot and ready faster than I can get there. They still use dough balls instead of little plastic spacers to keep the pie off the box lid.

Sadly changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. Used to be my favourite pizza in Kelowna but last few times I've ordered I have noticed the quality going down while the prices go up. Hopefully they are able to get back to where they were.

The bacon cheeseburger is an interesting one, the pickles are a bold choice and a Dijon can hit pretty strong in some bites. That being said the toppings were well placed and plentiful, the crust was thick and well made and there was lots of cheese, we will need to go back for something less bold.
The cheesy bread on the other hand was amazing, it's unique with a double crust stuffed with garlic pesto. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy and lots of flavor, especially on the middle pieces, the dipping sauce is thick and adds the perfect amount of oregano and spices.

Went to Hansen's last night first off almost $30.00 for a medium pizza way too expensive when I went to eat it it looked like my pizza was run over by a truck and barely any cheese or toppings on it wasn't impressed it used to be really good but new ownership has ruined it I will never go back

Brutal service, called days in advance for a big order. Managers tried to blame it on the delivery driver for being late. Driver had to request them to give a discount. This was once a great pizza place but new management has totally ruined it.

This place is amazing! We have been here twice in the past month and absolutely love the pizza, people, and atmosphere.

I’m so disappointed this used to be my favourite pizza place. Tonight my pizza lacked toppings and crust was very thin and tough.

Orderd a philly cheese steak pizza and got cheese sticks lol guy couldnt understand what i was saying even tho i said it 3 or 4 times, then when i called back they wouldnt do anything for me, used to be my go to pizza spot but new owners have ruined the pizza and customer service all he had to do was take back what i didnt order and give me what i thought i was paying for and would of been all good but nope they would rather loose a customer over a 20 dollar pie

You better off at Lil Ceasar 7,99$ whole medium pepperoni, Hansen’s 7,99 two slices and a pop.

Enjoyed both pizza's. Quality has been consistent for 10 plus years. Sure the price went up and the size shrunk a little. My Pay did go up to.

Tried this place on a friend’s recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. The cheeseburger and perogie pizzas were loaded with toppings and the pies were hot and ready for pick up right on time. Will be coming back!

For years Hansen's was the go-to pizza place with amazing pies and service, but since they sold, everything has steadily gone downhill from the crusts to the toppings. There is no consistency anymore. Too bad, as I won't be returning after giving them a number of chances to improve.

Been a customer for years. Crust is good and dips are better. Recently ordered one with banana peppers and, while I appreciate that they seemed home pickled, they were awful on a pizza.

The best pizza that we have ever tried, it's the first time that we visit here, and we'll highly recommend.

There has been some improvement since the new owners took over, so it is pretty good, but it still isn't as good as before. Of my two go-to pizza's, the Surf n' Turf has been taken off of the menu (huge bummer) and the Smooth Chicken Combo seems to have too much sauce and not enough pineapple and feta cheese (and maybe bacon) to get the same great taste that we are used to. We will keep trying it from time to time so hopefully they keep improving!
