Came here for lunch and was blown away with every aspect of this establishment. Emma, our server was the absolute highlight! She was friendly, welcoming, warm and didn't miss a beat servicing our table. We would come back just for her, thank you Happy Lamb for having her. Even kitchen staff ensured our soup was always topped up. Fried noodles and spring rolls were included in our meal which was a nice touch. Establishment is very clean, and all the dishes super fresh. Likely because of high traffic, which is great as that means stock is always being replenished. We will definitely be returning AAA+

We go here every week and it’s our favourite place to eat as the food is amazing, the staff is the nicest I’ve ever seen and the prices are great. Would recommend to anyone looking to have hotpot with an awesome atmosphere.

Great experience for a big group! The food is good and the staff are super nice. Wish they had a little more options like the Richmond location. Definitely understaffed though, so it took a while to get anything if we needed

Made a reservation for four at 7, waited till 8 and still don't have a seat. Should've just told us when we made the reservation, but instead they let multiple groups overbook.

Great place for all you can eat. Only thing is PAY ATTENTION TO HOW MANY MEAT ORDERS YOU ACTUALLY ORDER! They usually give you more orders then you order. Which if you can finish, then it’s all well and good. But if you can’t then you might have to pay for what is left over. They do sometimes forget to bring stuff you’ve ordered over, so gently let them know and they’ll get it for you. A generous self serve sauce station, and it seems like they’ve added more and more varieties through the years. You 100% get your money’s worth, and the spicy broth is very flavourful. Not like some other places where the broth tastes like spicy water which can be unpleasant.

Great experience for lazy midday hot pot. Had meant to grab take out down the street but was enticed by the 25% off weekday happy hour offer (for the all you can eat). À la carte options were also available. Location was spacious, uncrowded and clean. Owner is very personable and even offered ice cream to go. Would go out of my way to come to this location just for the service. Omg and the 90s Faye Wong music selection! These guys know what they're doing

I recently visited this hotpot all-you-can-eat restaurant, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the staff. The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic, and the aroma of the hotpot broth made my mouth water.

The all-you-can-eat option allowed me to try out different broths and ingredients, and I was not disappointed. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The variety of vegetables, meats, and seafood available to cook in the broth was impressive, and I enjoyed trying out different combinations.

The restaurant was well-maintained, and the tables were clean and spacious. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They frequently checked in on us to ensure that we had everything we needed.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotpot all-you-can-eat restaurant to anyone who is a fan of hotpot. The quality of food, service, and ambiance is exceptional, and it is definitely worth the price. I will surely be back soon!

Nice hot pot! Usually visit here after 7pm on weekdays and doesn’t take a long time before taking a table.

An average hot pot location with a shorter wait time in the evenings. Nothing too special with the food or the restaurant, but it was comfortable and an enjoyable experience with the robots!

This is my boyfriend and I’s favourite all you can eat hotpot! Amazing service, good quality food with the sweetest and funniest staff!

Love this place for hot pot. Not too crowded. Quite nice inside. Great selection of meats, vegetables and soups. I love the sauce table to make your own dipping sauces. Also the waiters are incredibly nice and always offer coupons for next time!

One of the best hotpot restaurants I've been to! I typically get the spicy broth which is flavorful without being overpowering. The meats are amazingly high quality for the price, especially given the fact that this is a All-you-can-Eat deal. The same meal would easily cost twice or three times as much at most à-la-carte type of hotpot restaurants. To top it all off, the restaurant has one of the best customer service I've encountered in similar restaurants - the owner not only remembers the regulars, she actually remembers their exact order! Love this place!

Ça faisait longtemps que je voulais essayer un resto de fondue chinoise ("hot pot") à Vancouver. Eh ben je n'y retournerai jamais. Service nonchalant et peu fréquent, dans un anglais difficilement compréhensible, réduit parfois au minimum avec un robot téléguidé qui apporte les plateaux. Dans le tarif 'all you can eat' les boulettes de viande sont à peine plus grosses qu'une bille. Les morceaux d'agneau avec l'os n'offrent à peine qu'une bouchée. Le tarif des boissons gazeuses inclut un 'refill' qui ne vient jamais. Bouillon laiteux insipide avant qu'on y ajoute des ingrédients qu'il faut commander.

Food was alright, not really complaining about the food. BUT here's why its a one star for me:
1. They basically scammed my money by "forcing" me to pay tips and taxes.
2. Servers added everything into the card machine without giving me any freedom to decide if i want to pay tips or not and i ended up having to pay almost 10 dollars extra.
Super disappointing, 32 dollars for hot pot is good, but 45 dollars because of the server's action is a major no for me.
I kindly suggest not getting your money scammed by going to other restaurants that respects you and offer you options~

Best hotpot in Vancouver. Every time I go the staff remembers my order, is so sweet and welcoming, and it keeps me coming back weekly! I couldn’t recommend this place to enough people. The manager (Emma) is so hardworking, dedicated, and kind, it’s worth it to go just to meet her. 10000/10

What a way to dine. I liked that a robot served our order right to the table. The Mongolian food was so good & I loved that it was very spicy. The Staff was very polite & happy to serve. I recommend to try this place.

Our server was super friendly! It was our first hotpot experience and it exceeded all our expectations. Food was sooo gooood!

I went with my friend the food was bad but luckily we got to focus on our horrible service and we were the only non-Asian there and defiantly got a different treatment. We got ignored the whole entire time each and every time we needed service while they would check up On other customers.we had to wave at them and few times they would acknowledges and still ignores us up until we flagged someone passing by. I asked for salt and the server walked away and never gave it to me. We felt very unwanted.

We asked the server if we can do half and half broth and he said that we will have to pay full price for each and then I believe one of the management came by and told us that it was not how it works.

Our bill was $170 and we did not tip, the server gave us a attitude after he noticed we did not tip but the service was so bad that we could not tip, we literally beggged them to give us service. Tips are for service!

And they charged me $1 for a bowl and he was trying to tell me that it’s normal while this never happened to me.lol I PAID $170 for 2 people, have you guys ever heard of customer service?

Bright, clean, and friendly establishment. Fresh selection of proteins and vegetables. Pleasantly surprised to see a robot food runner bring out the food to our table.

We ate to our fills! Food was so good. I liked how they use the robots to bring the good to your table.swishing around the tables blazing some tunes! Awesome! The ladies were very friendly too! Great atmosphere!

They kept forgetting to give us items we ordered. And I don’t expect great service, but one server literally walked away while I was talking to her. Food was average and definitely overshadowed by the terrible service. Overall frustrating experience.

So delicious. SO DELICIOUS. I had never had this kind of hot pot before (I know!) and stopped in randomly while I was in the neighbourhood - ordered the spicy soup with a bunch of root veggies, tofu and a bit of meat. The flavours are just amazing. The soup is SO GOOD. It is seriously unmissable.

They treat reservations all the same, regardless of what time you put they will always say there is a table until you show up and see three other groups with a reservation at the same time LOL.

Good all you can eat if you want to eat lots of meat to make it worth it. Clean, and the staff was very friendly!

Hi we really like this spot and come back for couple of time, but last night was the worst experience ever. We are a last group of 4 just came, the first moment we just sat down the guy who force me to order quickly because close to the last call, that’s fine with us until the server came to force me eat quickly (he literally asked me to do it) and said we closed so i just so disappointed and try to finish my food even already paid and he came again with very bad attitude cleaning too loud with his mop cart that’s I could feel he want us to leave and mop the floor while we still seat and eat. Firstly that so rude and disrespectful and working as service please be patient and behave your attitude if you don’t want to serve us close to last call just say it and we will leave, this time you charge my money and treat us like this. Normally we have a nice lady who always served us very patiently and helpful but this time with this waiter he so rude to us if the owner reading this please advise him, we love this place but after this happened we will consider again thanks

Love the tomato broth, but must try the spicy borth and need to make two dipping sauces, with the sauce buffet

It has a nice and spacious environment and provides customers with a wide variety of dishes at affordable prices.

Food was fine overall but mediocre service and a lousy waitress ruined the experience. Wrong orders came out (either in numbers specified or missing entirely), and the waitress had the audacity to demand a $10 extra tip on top of what was already tipped. If you want hot pot from this franchise go to a different location.

As an All You can eat restaurant, they offer a wide variety of dishes with affordable prices. The environment of there was pretty good, and the attitude of the staffs are friendly!

Absolutely terrible. Dirty crockery and cutlery, No communication between staff and your table, they don't explain how the menu works and before you even have a chance to choose what you want to eat they've already chosen a hot pot for your table. If you've never tried hot pot before please do not start here.

Our regular hot pot spot being so close to Vancouver. AYCE hotpot is excellent value where you’d easily pay more than double per person else where. A large variety of ingredients and staff are friendly and attentive. Shout out to Emma who is always welcoming and smiling. We’re always very satisfied after dining here.

Had a horrible experience. Will not be coming back to this location again.
There were several group waiting in line who had reservations at 7pm. Then suddenly another group came in same number of people and had reservation at same time was able to get a table before us.
When I asked why they got a table before us all we got from Emma (who seems to he in charge) was sorry.

Went for AYCE, food and quality was pretty good for AYCE. Biggest highlight was our super friendly server “Emma”. She was very observant making sure we always had water and enough soup.

Used to love going here when it was Little Sheep. Service was a bit better. But they were very understaff last night (Monday evening) and we had to constantly ask for soda refills, soup refills, and some of food items marked on the paper either came in much smaller portions than ordered and/or didn't come at all and they didn't say why. I gave them back a rice noodle as I ordered bean vermicelli but it never came back. One server for the entire restaurant. One other woman behind the counter was on the phone for almost the entire night. The soup flavours were good. But you know what knocked this review down from 2 to 1 star? Meat quality. Pork slices were 80% fat and the beef (from the deluxe menu) was SOOOOOO thinly sliced, they disappear once they go into the pot. Not coming back to this location (not even with the coupon they gave us).

Amazing hot pot place! The self serve sauce is a very good feature as some places charge you for any sauces other than soy sauce. Only thing I found weird is you pay $11 on top of the all you can eat price for the base soup. I hope they can reduce it as $11 is quite expensive or remove it at all. Just suggesting.

Looks a lot cleaner and more upscale with the new renovations done. Service is just as I remember and price is great. Always a good go to especially for all you can eat, a rarity in Vancouver.

This restaurant is the best buffet hot pot in town. The variety of food ingredients are great, flavorful taste of variety soup and dipping sauce

Decent hotpot place in the area. I think the all you can eat menu is pretty straight forward, but their lunch menu was a bit confusing. We ended up sharing 2 hotpot lunch sets between the 3 of us. The house original broth was great but was not a fan of the hot&sour. The meat and everything else that came w it was decent.

Very tasty, used a groupon set dinner for two, enough food for two. Good value. The only thing is delay in bringing all the items, and the waitress never explained anything to us, didn't even ask if we want drink.

So good are the meat and food. Don't get why people don't pack the soup to go.
They make for an awesome noodle broth the next day.
