I got my underarm wax done last week, the wax was hot and burned my skin. I still have mark on my underarm even after one week.

Very Bad experience! I went their by taking the appointment in advance and asked them for a Low Fade cut but they did something that I wasn’t able to understand my Hair cut. The guy seemed very inexperienced. I don’t recommend them anymore to anyone.

I had my highlights done for the full head. Paid more than $200 for my not even shoulder length hair. After 3 weeks went to get my roots done. Despite telling the lady to match colour with my highlights she destroyed my highlights. Made my roots really dark really waste of money and disappointed with their work.

I have been going to this salon close to a year now and their service has always been impeccable. I get my eyebrows and facials done here and I'm satisfied.

Very good place, Friendly owner as well as skilled staff, I’ve been going to it since last year and never went to another one since.

I have a 13 inch long beard. Was hard to manage. Blew around in the wind, and split down the middle. I came to happy new look to get my beard curled. And he was able to turn 13 inches unmanageable to 4 inches and absolutely perfect. Amazing at his job. Very nice and friendly 10/10 recommend

I went to this place for the first time today because of the good reviews. The person who did my haircut was an older man in his 50s or 60s I'd say and seemed only interested in a half done job. I had to tell him the fade on the sides were uneven and did not transition seamlessly. By the end of the haircut he did not even bother aligning the top of my hair with the fade on the sides. All I could think was that this person was either hung over or just disinterested in cutting hair. In addition, it seems like everyone gets charged $15 and I got charged $20 today.

Hard to recommend or even see how this shop got all these ratings. Must be all family members.

Staff is very professional and friendly. I got beard curls done from different places but this place is best. They use high quality products. I strongly recommend this place.
