Clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very professional service. Made me feel very relaxed and had an excellent massage focusing on the areas causing me discomfort. Felt much better after leaving. 5* review well deserved.

I had a massage from Sasa the other day. I went in with sore muscles from my latest fitness program and she applied just enough pressure to be relaxing as well as work out the soreness. I highly recommend Sasa.

I am regular client in this place as it is super clean, very fair price and service is the highest quality you could get. Sasa has long experience in body acupressure therapy and I strongly recommend here

I had an excellent reflexology experience with Eric (courtesy of Groupon).
From the first touch (strong skilled hands), you can tell Eric knows what he's doing.
Aside from being friendly, Eric is also studying Chinese medicine, so his knowledge goes beyond the massage world.
The room I was in had no ambiance, but the business has a new owner, so maybe that will improve.

I had an incredible massage here with Tuan. I really recommend giving Harbor Wellness a try, and ask for Tuan!
For others who may be visiting for the first time, the entrance is on the right side of the complex in 555 w hastings if you are looking north. There is a tim hortons and then the plaza entrance to the right, the door to Harbor Wellness is just right under the sign saying Food court and shops.
