In the center of Victoria, beautiful wharf holds the seaplanes terminal. Watch the small planes take off and land.

It is not the cheapest service if you have to travel with heavy bags, but it definitely worth the price if you're in hurry.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and proffessional pilots taking you deliver you safely from point A to B.

Always friendly, happy staff. My son has been flying solo with their unaccompanied minor program since he was 5. There was a slight safety risk afresh one flight and when I contacted head office, they accepted full responsibility and assured me that ALL staff would be briefed and educated about the situation. And his flight was refunded. Totally professional response and extremely apologetic. As an island resident, I will continue to use their services forever

So much fun! Great flights even in overcast/wind/rain. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had the chance to fly up front with Adam. He pointed out all the sites and details on the flight. Amazing experience and to fly with them again soon.

It was an awesome experience. The guys at the check in and the pilot were just so nice. Everything felt just very professional. From the beginning where I booked my flight, until I landed again. All the tourism awards they gained are totally deserved.

Fantastic service, and the sea plane was far smoother than I'd have thought. Must try at least once, and if you csn afford it, 100x better than the ferry.

Harbour air is a very well run company. I have flown with them between Vancouver Island and the mainland over 20 times and they are always on time. Not only that but you fly right into the downtown area in most cities and it makes business connections super easy. You are not flying into or out of a major airport so security is not as rigorous

Harbour Air is such a smooth and convenient trip downtown to downtown. I always appreciate being treated like a regular - with courtesy, a smile - by staff from check in to flying to boarding.

My first seaplane flight was with Harbour Air and I really enjoyed it. I am impressed. The Nanaimo - Sechelt flight reduced my travel time by over 5 hours as compared to travel by ferry. I am definitely flying with Harbour Air Seaplanes in the future.

This was an excellent experience and a great way to get from nanaimo to yvr. Flight is 20 scenic minutes to the south terminal and then a 10 to 15 min free shuttle ride to the main terminal. Far better than an unpredictable hour from tswassen ferry terminal to yvr, which was my other option. I will be back again.

Great way to get back and forth from Vancouver to Nanaimo Harbour. Loved it, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

At the last second while traveling with a puppy, Harbour air informed me that my dog may not make the flight, may be refused because when I was checking the puppy in it was cryingin the crate.
I was told it was at the discretion of the piolet.

My son was very excited and now the only way to fly to Nanaimo from Richmond. Staff was so helpful as his connecting flight was late and g to get re-booked me. Price very reasonable. Hoping the flights to Comox get re-established. Beautiful views.

Pro tip:
Check in has moved to the other side of the sidewalk. It would be great if the sign on the door explained this in plain English instead of posing a riddle wrapped in an IQ test. Pic related. I missed flight even though I was on the dock on time. Last flight of the day.they could have let me on

Wind was a little choppy but that made the ride more fun to me. Seeing the Vancouver skyline close to sunset was beautiful it was like a movie.

Awesome experience. On time, no lineup for check-in, no wait to get off the plane, so convenient. This is how flying should be.

This last Saturday I chose to fly my 82 mother from Vancouver to Maple Bay. She is in weak health and I asked for priority boarding. On the trip over all went well as I picked her up. But on the way back today on the 12: 30pm from Maple Bay one of your great pilots named Kyle assisted in boarding my mother. Then upon arrival he carried her luggage up the ramp and escorted her all the way to her pick up point. A true gentleman, a great company representative and a lovely human. A big thank you form my family.

You already had my business but once again you earned my loyalty. I will repeat this story whenever the opportunity arrives.

In a way you've made it possible for my mother to visit her family a little longer in her life. Imagine what that would be worth in your own life.

This is truly a well run business using an amazing plane in one of the most scenic places in Canada. The de Havilland Otter is an iconic reliable safe plane that keeps some of the romance in short haul flying.
The passenger lounges are comfortable and there is always good coffee, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and happy and things run on schedule.

Nice service, fast, but price 140$ for 15 min flight is too much. 300$ and I in Charleston south Carolina.

Never flew with harbour air and after dealing with the staff never will again.
Called about shipping a medical battery that was forgot at home for a critical hospital procedure. Was told all good just drop it off and we can get it to Vancouver for you. When my friend arrived to drop it off was told something totally different, “that it had to be accompanied by a person” they took advantage of the situation and charged us for a return air fare so the friend could fly there and back just to get the package on board. It sure feels like a money grab. It’s all about money to them. The proper response should of been “we are sorry for misleading you earlier, our mistake the airfare is on us”. The plane was half empty anyway.

Me, my husband and children are frequent flyers with seair and on the occasion we have to fly with harbour air i must say its always a disappointment. The staff are cold, unkind and always make you feel like a nuisance.

This is the answer to beating the drudgery of the ferries and traffic out here on the Island. Clean facilities, easy parking and great staff. From Nanaimo I'm in downtown Vancouver in 20 minutes.

Slick as could be! Hands down the most efficient and most miserly way to get to YVR without using a car. Would gladly do again.

I have been flying to Vancouver island from downtown Vancouver quite frequently using Seaair. Today for the first time i had to use Harbour air and both their planes going to and fro were delayed when i was really working to meet some timelines. Its not winters, nor bad weather to blame so i am a bit disappointed with Harbour air especially when i have got impeccable service from SeaAir always to compare. It is ruining my plans for sure today and not a happy feeling.
It seems they have gotten bigger and busier but they cannot manage it well.

I fly out of Nanaimo quite often. Absolutely love the front desk ladies. They are so personable and always remember who you are when arriving. Very accommodating and you can tell they enjoy their job. Thanks ladies! You always make me smile?

I'm changing my review as the flight was very enjoyable. When I arrived everyone was very nice, the flight was fast and got me to the airport on time. Over all a great experience.

The front desk people amazing, there and back. But the flight back ended kinds scary for me. Maybe not for seasoned flyers. Again other then that amazing staff.

I flew for the first time on a float plane! What a neat experience. Absolutely highly recommended! Great company to fly with.

I just wish they continued offering some breakfast goodies to eat before the flight.this pandemic is an excuse to do less, but other than that, I love using them!
