One of the best veterinary hospitals in town! They’ve always taken such good care of my dogs and Dr. Erin is amazing and always takes the time to answer any crazy dog mom questions or concerns I have. My Boston just absolutely adores Sue! Highly recommend!

It was time to put our 14 year old lab to sleep. You all know how traumatic that is. Our vet of over 40 years could not take us for 6 days. Harbour City (NOT our vet) not only took us that day but called us back and moved the time up so we would not have to wait so long. The experience was literally the best it could have been. Their kindness and caring was overwhelming. Our lab knocked over the whole canister of treats and when I tried to clean it up the vet said 'no. Those are hers'. And the last thing she did was eat every last treat there was. Best day ever for a lab. This place has our hearts.

I can only say that this is the best pet hospital I have been to in Canada, they are reasonably priced, very professional, and the service attitude is super good. This is a very good pet hospital! （Beita)

I've been a couple times, always very gentle with my cat. Friendly staff and very informative. I feel I can trust their judgment and that they are doing what is right for her.

Wonderful, caring team of people! All of the staff are always friendly and helpful - Dr. Sandie and Dr. Erin are the most kind and compassionate veterinarians who give you their time and attention while providing the best care/treatment fit for you and your animal. I never feel rushed and always feel that my pets are being cared for in the best possible way!

I didn't have a vet in Nananimo yet, and my silly cat ingested some spikey pampass grass that got caught in her soft palate. Dr. Valerie listened to what I guessed it was and made recommendations based on that:) Sure enough! They were able to quickly get the grass from my cats throat. I had never been before, I called at 8am, they had me in at 9: 45am and my cat was good as new (besides being super high lol) by 11: 30. Kind staff and receptionists. Super reasonable prices too. Cannot recommend enough!

The vets and staff at Harbour City Animal Hospital are simply the best. I've been to a lot of vets over the years for different animals (cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks etc) and HCAH have always been knowledgeable and given the best care to all our animals. They are truly genuine lovers of animals ️

I have to say I love this vet. They have taken us in last year cause we moved from out of province, and we could not be happier. Dr. Sandi is such an amazing vet. She is very attentive and professional. Thecstaff is nothing but friendly and welcoming. They go up and above and I feel that is so tough to gind these days. Thank you Dr. Sandi & staff.

Was recommended to see Dr. Erin by a friend as needed a clinic closer when I moved. I have 2 dogs. When I first met Dr. Erin I brought my gentle giant in for his vaccinations. She was fantastic. I liked the clinic the minute I walked thru the door. Friendly staff and pleasant environment.

I just returned from my second vaccine visit with my busy little lab puppy. Due to Covid restrictions the clinic is running things differently, which honestly I really like. The new normal is I call upon my appt.arrival time outside in parking area. The staff come out and take my dog in for exam etc. Once Dr. Erin is finished I get a phone call while waiting parking lot to discuss questions/concerns etc. I find I am not trying to focus on my dog (making sure they are sitting etc). This way I can focus on what Dr. Erin is saying and get all the information I need.

From day 1 my dogs have experienced nothing but the best care at Harbour City. The entire staff has always been friendly, kind, and caring. Dr. Sandi has worked tirelessly over the past few years with my oldest dog to find the right treatment plan for her evolving health issues. From after hours phone calls, to follow up emails and everyone's happy smiling faces when we walk through the door. It truly does feel like my pets are being cared for by family at Harbour City Animal Hospital. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have a dog that has a bit of issues with strangers. She's not aggressive or anything, she just gets a bit nervous interacting with them. These people are amazing with her. They have been nothing but kind, patient, and professional every experience we've ever had with them. Rodeo absolutely loves Sue and we wouldn't take her anywhere else.

They have been amazing with our puppy. We went there highly recommended and we can definitely see why! Our puppy has had a few issues and they made sure we were informed, they knew what they were doing, they followed up on his status diligently and we felt like they were next to us every step of the way. They treat our dog as if it was their own. We are very happy with them so far and will continue going there

There are no words to express the gratitude I have for Dr. Sandi and her team at Harbour City Vet. My beloved was treated with love, compassion and respect from the day we walked in, through all follow up visits and in the end when I had to say good bye.

These guys seem to really care for the animals they have in their practice. They have all been sweet and friendly in the times I have taken our cat in to them.

I am traveling with my older dog. She got sick and I was able to book a next day appointment with the vet. She thankfully turned around before the appointment but the staff were very accommodating, compassionate and helpful:).

Such a fantastic place for your fur babies! I called in the morning to see if I could get my dog in that day as he had something wrong with his eyes. They had an appt for later in the afternoon, and we are even new patients to the clinic! Dr. Erin and staff were so fantastic with Milo and kept my mind at ease as he hasn't seen a vet in 5 years at least and I was worried about how it would go! Dr Erin took such great care of him and did a very thorough check over everything and was so kind while explaining possible problems for the future as my little baby gets older. She took alot of worry and ease of my shoulders and I feel so comfortable to continue Milos care with them as years go on! Thank you harbour city!
