Thanks for the help today with my bad situation. Buying a used tractor privately turned out to be a nightmare as you know. Thanks for helping figure out a fix for my bad privately bought tractor. I would suggest to everybody to get an mechanical inspection from a knowledgable facility like yours prior to a purchase. Bottomline, it would have been less to buy a NEW tractor. I have been dealing with this company for approx 8 years. I had a breakdown today on one of my older pieces Equipment. I had tried to find the parts to be able to do the repair on my own, and called a number of other parts stores. Thankfully Nora is extremely knowledgable with older tractor parts and got the replacement parts on order very quickly and thankfully they were only one day away. Sometimes I do forget to give these fine folks a call when problems arise, but always they are ready to help. Thanks Again

Great Service Team. We are an out of town contractor, we had a breakdown on our job site and one phone call to Harbour Equipment and they had a technician on site rite away. Well worth the trip over the Malahat! I looked at all brands of mini excavators, Yanmar and this dealer have the best warranty and personalized service from beginning to end.

Extremely poor customer service. 10 year warranty you have to pay exorbitant diagnostics costs for before they will do any service on the tractor. Do not recommend buying from this dealer.

I had a great experience purchasing a Kioti CK3510 from Harbour City Equipment in Duncan, BC. After a week's worth of back and forth phonecalls and emails to Chris, the choice was narrowed down to the CK3510HST. It was delivered the next day! Highly recommended.
