Harewood Dental Clinic

Very sensitive to my anxiety of dentists. I brought my own blanket because I get cold when I get anxious and they let me bundle up and even tucked me in!
Would highly recommend!

Excellent care has always been given to me at Harewood Dental. For anyone who worries about a dental appointment, you will be well looked after here.

This is the only dentist office where I have ever felt fully comfortable. The staff are so professional but in a easy going way so things don't feel too intense. They will make sure you are comfortable and the desk staff are also very patient. I can personally vouch for Brianne (dentist) and Avery (hygienist) that they are so good.

This dentistry is amazing. Not is only the staff helpful and kind so is the dentist Harrison. She's amazing. Also, gentle, kind and patient would recommend this office to anyone

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for years. A very modern building with top notch dentists, hygienists and a friendly reception staff. You don’t have to travel to the North end to receive wonderful dental care.

I am new to Nanaimo and needed a dentist for a crown. So happy to have found Harewood dental clinic! Staff are pleasant and efficient. Dr. Wortman and Mackenzie are excellent and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Wortman.

Happy with my experience at Harewood - I had a new patient assessment, panoramic x-rays, two fillings and scans for a new retainer, all of which have been seamless visits. Receptionists are really amazing at letting you know if appointments come up on the waitlist. The high level of care and detail create a confident and safe environment. Dr. Brianne Henderson and the dental hygienists and assistants are all skilled professionals. The clinic itself is in a good location and is very clean and up to date. The only recommendation is to park on the street if the parking lot is full (parking lot is a bit small and busy at peak hours). Thank you for taking such good care of me, I am so appreciative!

Everyone (from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienists to the dental assistants to the dentists) does everything in their power to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Jen, my hygienist, is the best. She is calm, professional and gentle; I could almost fall asleep in her chair.

Most recently, I had a lengthy consultation about some extensive dental work, and Dr. Wortman was compassionate, thorough in his research on all viable options, and clear-speaking about what he felt was my best choice. He was also mindful of the financial implications of each choice, and I felt he had my best interests in mind.

I've been going to Harewood for years, and the current team are really wonderful. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve always had friendly, painless, and appropriate service. If I tell them do only what is necessary to keep the bill down, they respond and make sure I get only what is essential. But they are very professional and know all the latest techniques.
