My fuel pump failed and my car came to a stall on the way to work one morning. What could have been a huge headache of an ordeal was so smoothly solved by the team at Harmony Honda. Not only were they able to fix my car, but they drove me to work with only an hour of lost time. They were able to fix and drop off my vehicle while I was working so I was able to drive safely home. THANK YOU ALL for exceptional customer service and prompt same day repairs.

Took our Acura in for a scheduled oil change. To our surprise not only was our vehicle washed on the outside (always is) but they had also wiped down the inside, washed the floor mats and gave it a quick once over. What a nice treat! First contact with Steve Garton was great. We made the trip to Kelowna from Saskatoon as they had a the best pricing for our 2024 Acura MDX. No hidden costs the price you see is what you pay. When it was time to pick up our vehicle they took the time to come and pick us up and actually got us into the dealership earlier then regular business hours. Service above and beyond. Very pleasant interaction with this dealership. They were able to get our vehicle repaired in a timely manner and kept us informed and updated during the entire process.

We have two vehicles of different makes so I took our Acura here and our other vehicle to the European dealer for that one. I won't name or slag the other one but what I will say is the service, attitude and outcome were night and day different! I have been at Harmony Acura 3 times in the past two months. Each time I dealt with Spencer Larsen, unfortunately the first 2 times, the deal didn't go through, however, this time the purchase was for myself. I just purchased a 2017 Acura ILX on Friday September 9,2016 from Spencer' and found his customer service outstanding. I also had great experience with Corey, Acura Sales Manager, he was very acommodating and provided excellent customer service. Great job on hiring two remarkable individuals. Our family came to Kelowna, from Ukraine, our hometown is occupied by the Russian army, we had a need to purchase the first car in Canada. So happy with my new old car. It's perfect, immaculate and I absolutely love it! Professional, helpful service provided by Harmony and I would definitely be happy to use them again.

I paid around $500 last year for my air conditioning to be fixed last year. They did the test and said all was well and that it just needed to be recharged. I later discovered most places charge significantly less for this same process. This summer my air conditioning isn’t working once again. So Harmony Acura did do the assessment for free. They took an hour and cleaned the exterior which was nice. But quoted me $950 to get a hose replaced and to recharge it again. I declined. I thought they would give me a deal since it seems they missed the Leak last year. Acura parts are more pricey; I understand this. But a person can recharge their own AC pretty easily. (I now have seen). No offer to be dropped off somewhere either like Nissan did when I had my Juke. So I don’t know; experience hasn’t been so great with Acura

Took my car in for a recall and one other concern. The service advisor handled everything very efficiently and professionally and to my surprise without a hard upsell of services - which was always my experience with Kelowna Lexus. Excellent service!

Made a very last minute decision to trade in my truck for an SUV without any idea of what I was looking for. Mike took note of my not so specific requests (literally in his little note book) and I drove away that day with a vehicle and payments I am very happy with.
He was also a great puppy sitter while I was getting through some paperwork and transferring my belongings from my truck to the new car!

I’ve only been going to Harmony Acura for just under a year after we bought a used Acura MDX but the service I’ve had thus far has been awesome! There was a miscommunication the first time with a courtesy shuttle pick up, but Kevin in the service department quickly made it right and took ownership of the issue. I have been thrilled to have Saturday appointments available each time I’ve called in. Kevin is amazing at letting me know whatever is identified/needed during the service, and what are priorities to get done but is never pushy! They are quick and thorough and the shuttle has been professional and efficient!

Always receive great service when taking in my RDX for service. Waiting area is very comfortable and it’s nice to enjoy a complimentary bevy while you’re waiting for your vehicle.

In 2020 i bought my car here, the service was good and people helpful. 2 years later I continue to do all my regular service and maintenance here and have yet to experience anything different.
