I have been receiving acupuncture from Lily. She is a great listener and very attentive to what I thought I needed. Lily is very skilled, kind, always checking in with pain level and explains how different areas of the body respond to placement of the needles. 'Front of house' staff is very helpful, responsive, friendly and accommodating of billing to benefits. The clinic is clean and well organized. Highly recommend.

I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy early January and called Harmony Clinic based on the reviews. I received an appointment right away to see Lily Ren and she exceeded my expectations from the very first appointment. This was quite a scary experience for me and Lily supported and encouraged me and continued to tell me things were going to be okay. Lily is a professional - she is compassionate and detail oriented which always made me feel safe. Lily is very knowledgeable about Bells Palsy and recommended heat and facial massages at home in between appointments. I highly recommend Lily - She truly made this horrible life experience not so bad as I saw improvements after each appointment.

I think I've found the best chiropractor in Kelowna with Harmony! She is warm and welcoming, while being professional and informative. Each treatment begins with a massage to relax the patient's muscles, which is a technique I haven't encountered before. I highly recommend her and her team!

Imagine going in for a Chiropractic treatment and having some stimulating probes put on you, to start to stimulate your body and relax your muscles, then you're covered by a heated blanket. After a few minutes a Masseuse comes in, removed the probes and blanket and gives you a gentle massage to continue to keep your muscles warm and relaxed. Now you are nice and relaxed, Dr. Harmony arrives to finish the stimulating massage and gently gives you an adjustment. Wow.the only way to get a chiropractic treatment. Don't you think?

Hi have recently been to see Dr. Emily Nicol for multiple visits when I started to experience shoulder pain. She diagnosed and treated my injury and within a month I am no longer in pain! She used multiple treatment methods - chiro, massage, cupping and provided me exercises to help as well. Highly recommend!

David Skermer is a genius, he resets my muscles/body to fire in proper squence. I have been unable to lift one of my legs up while bent over to put on a sock. All the wrong muscles would fire to do this function, but now after a few sessions, with David, my body is beginning fire correctly and I am functioning way better now, than I ever have in the last 3 years. I can put my sock on now, standing up pain free.

Emily is the best! Friendly, warm, helpful & professional. It's worth paying a bit more here as you get a 30 minute treatment (twice as long as other places I've tried). She also gives you movements to practice at home to support your recovery.
