As a senior, I have received exceptional dental care at Harmony Dental. From the frontline staff to my personal dental technician, I have always been given the dental care I need with clarity and friendliness. My thanks to all.

I was charged for full teeth cleaning, and the job wasn't done properly and they refused to fix the problem. I'm not happy.
I brought my daughter here and asked for polishing her teeth, and they did. But when I came home I noticed her right upper sides (the whole 5 teeth) are still yellow and not done.
So I called here again but the receptionist said "we did clean properly and sometimes food stains make it yellow. " (she is not the one who cleaned) I explained, this stain was right there at the night when she came back from your place, and she only ate rice and miso soup that night, which doesn't give you this strong color (we don't use Indian spices, which gives us lot of coloring to our teeth).
Also if its the food stain, why all other teeth are so white and
only these particular 5 teeth are stained? It doesn't make any sense to me.then the staff told me " you can book appointment and we can check and examine with extra charge"
To examine the parts which was missed cleaning, you will be charged? I'm not coming back here ever again.
To be fair, people and staff were very nice here.
I just don't trust their quality, and they think they are perfect and never makes a mistake. I think that's the reason they didn't even check my daughter's teeth and told us like "I didn't examine your daughter's teeth but I know its food stain after cleaning.not because we missed cleaning.period. "
Teeth are very important so I expect better quality.
Other dentist I know, they examine for free if something is missing at least to make sure what was wrong.

This is the best dental home I have had in my entire life. Just go and you'll know what I mean.
