Outstanding! I sent my husband in to have our daughters pants hemmed for a concert same day. I sent in a pair for reference but there was some misunderstanding as to what I told my husband and the pants were hemmed too long. Not only did she do the hem in a couple of hours the first time, she redid them and fixed the others for me in no time! She was amazing! Thank you again for saving the day for our daughter!

Great customer service, and very good prices! Went to get a jacket brought in at the waist and I couldn't be happier with the result and price! Will be going back!

Went to get a jacket dry cleaned the lady working there (short black hair) barely looked up from her phone when I asked for a price and how long to clean she pushed a piece of paper with prices on it, when I asked yes but how much for this jacket she just said I don't know and went back to her phone. If your phone is more important than the customer there are many other places to go

I brought 2 items: one was a pair of motorcycle pants that were too long… after visiting Harmony Tailors they now fit me perfect, and even preserved 2 of the 3 buttons it came with, and it looks amazing!

Second, a vest with leather on the front and plain cotton on the back half (a strange design choice, made worse by the unfortunate tree sap marks on the cotton) but I really wanted to make the vest “my own” so I found a tshirt design I liked and brought it to the tailor requesting it go on the back to cover the plain (yet sap-ridden) backside… I well, I did not expect the amazing skill and quality of their work to be SO GOOD!

I’m just really impressed overall, and they aren’t just masterful, reasonable but very pleasant! Major kudos to Harmony Tailors! 100% top choice

My graduation dress was done here and the staff were super quick at hemming my dress (Less than a week). The price was also reasonable! Thank you so much!

Very bad experience, not skillful in hemming or cutting, ruined my 2 dresses, one is cut asymmetrical one side shorter than the other side, and my second pleated dress the pleats were gone when I went to pick up and entire dress was cut askewed, wavy. After communicating with the owner about fixing these issues she caused, she told me a few days later that she would not fix these issues INSTEAD she went on denying then blaming on my dresses quality AND also refused to refund my money ($70 for hem/shorten 2 dresses) because she says it’s taking her too much time and labor to fix her errors and she wouldn’t be making money, then making up stories that my skirt was asymmetrical to start with, and texted to harass me for 3 days consecutively if I leave a negative review. Very very unprofessional, rude communication to customers, takes absolutely no responsibility for her work errors.

Love this spot! The owner is professional and knowledgeable. Great place to order a custom suit or something off the rack. Very reasonable prices. Excellent Tailor as well. My son uses them all the time.

I brought my torn leather jacket over to Linna and Lan from Harmony Tailors. Since it was torn pretty badly the only option was to replace the entire part with a new leather piece. This wasn't easy because it's a high quality soft leather and not very common here in Victoria.
But within a few days they had found the piece and replaced the whole part. I am amazed how quickly and precise they worked that one really cannot tell the difference.
The time it took them was phenomenal only 2 days to find the leather and do the job (they must have searched for it outside if business hours).
They also were exceptionally friendly and the service was beyond what I normally expect from a tailor.

I absolutely recommend Harmony Tailors for their work, dedication, fastness, friendliness and I will certainly go there again next time I'm in Victoria.

I had such wonderful experience with them. They were really polite and gave me options for my dress alternation. They suggested me to go to Fabricland to get bra cups to be inserted to the dress because it'd be done more reasonable than taken in the fabric to fit around my bust. I also had to taken in a bit of the fabric around my waist. When I went to pick up (only took them a week on busy prom/graduation season! Really quick turnaround), they knew my dress when they saw me which was really nice feeling. It only costed me $40 to do all these. I will recommend my friends if they are looking for tailors:) Thank you so much for your service!

I am so impressed with the work I had done here! She was incredibly kind, helpful in her suggestions and fixed my wedding dress in a way I didn't think possible. It fits me so much better!
