I've had the pleasure of receiving acupuncture from Rose since 2010. She's always able to strike a balance between leaving my brain felt heard, my physical ailments tended to, my nervous system regulated and my anxious heart put at ease. Thank you Rose, for always being so nurturing and attentive!

Gabrielle is wonderful and I love coming to get acupuncture/cupping/acupressure massage from her. Also have seen Jeff for massage and he is great. Jeff does direct billing to most plans which is very convenient. I love coming here as all of the staff are wonderful and accommodating and the atmosphere is calming.

I am so grateful for Gabrielle and her skillful technique and holistic approach. Her expertise always provides me immediate and long lasting relief. A tranquil and relaxing space with a lovely receptionist - I highly recommend!

I LOVE coming to see Emma Sise for a massage. Emma has very strong, intelligent hands, and also creates a relaxing ambience and performs “magic massage” that I bliss right out! The cafe next door is a perfect place to chill out afterward in a comfy red chair with a view of the water. Bonus… she works Sundays!

Very very noisy location!
This is not a review of their massage therapists, who are wonderful by the way, BUT rather on the location. I think the company either needs to install thicker windows or put up a sign somewhere outside to signal to other surrounding people that a massage is in session, and that they should be mindful of their noise levels, because their location can be very high traffic, especially with a cafe right NEXT door with seating outside. Every single time I come here for a massage, and I mean every time at different times, I am disrupted by either people talking loudly outside or children screaming; it is extremely disruptive and startling, and it just ruins the whole relaxing aspect of getting a massage. Unfortunately, because of numerous incidents like this, I have chosen not to come back anymore. It's just not worth it when you're paying so much money for a massage but feel like you're in a room full of people.

The excellent Osteopathy treatments by Fabio Bocchetti, eased my pain and tuned up my body. His sessions are gentle and very effective.

Harmony Wellness is the perfect place to go for massage. All of the therapists are caring and very talented. The fact they submit my Blue cross coverage for me makes it so easy. Ask for Gabrielle for an amazing Acupuncture session. 5 stars!
