I thought washing my car would be something nice and relaxing to do but it was a living hell. The sounds were pure torture I should of brought ear muffs if I knew what I was going to be put threw. Worst car washing experience of my life you couldn't pay me enough to want to do that over again. Just agony not sure why they want people to rush threw washing thier cars or not come at all not really good for buisness. I'd give it no stars if u had a choice. The pressure didn't even work properly making it drag on and making me spend more money then the bill machine wasn't working had to ask people for change just so I could get all the soap off so I could even leave that nightmare behind me

Its exactly what it says. Its a self wash facility. They have properly functioning unit. There was one staff present who was helpful. The soap brush functioned as it should have and the pressure was also good. It was a good experience and i would recommend it to anyone who wants to wash their own car. Thank you

Can we bring own liquid soap and also scrub or towel cloth for car wash because i noticed got little scratch on my car after using soap brush. Thanks

Bad.the water is so cold and the foam so poor the only good thing is the brush.the price is so high for so poor quality and service

Went here yesterday there's no soap in bay 1. I asked they guy who works there but he didn't get back to me. I went to washworld instead better service.

They’re totally fraud. Went there last week. Used pre-soak, soap, foam brush on my car. Later on realized all of that was just water. All the dirt was still on car. Complained to the guy working there, he said he can’t do anything he’s just a worker. Wasted 10$ and still had a totally dirty car

So I've been coming to Harry's car wash for years and they haven't done me wrong until today.someone should be monitoring the shampooing system for the interior. I've used it once before a couple days back and it was fine, bubbled fine and A LOT. Today barely anything came out. Air hissing on the first shampooing stall which I input luckily 2 bucks.but then I thought maybe this was a one off.there's still another stall near the exit, which I then proceeded to. Convinced myself It would be fine, inserted another 4 bucks in to then realize this one was acting up as well. The frustrating thing is that there is no one around to forward to issue to resolve it in a timely manner. Yes 6 bucks is nothing, but time.time was wasted and frustration rised. Sadly I'll still be coming here but not so much for the shampooing.seems like a hit or miss to me.

It was fine washing my car. But soap in foam brush was not enoug. And they also give 2 minutes, expensive as compared to other car washes

Update: changed to 5 Star as they will make up for the defect. Not many companies out there would do that or care.thumbs up again.

Went today to wash my car… 4 people there already complaint about no soap in brush…same happen to me.wasted 5 dollar for nothing and nobody there who cares… as a matter of fact: nobody there at all… used to go there quite often … not anymore… prefer to go to more reliabke and better served car washes

Decent car wash and vacuums. Places like these are becoming sparse in the Lower Mainland, so it is great to have. The Wash Bays and Vacuums take Credit Card, which is also excellent as I rarely have change (nor do I wish to always have to 'break' a bill).

Removed one star as the vacuum stations aren't enclosed, and some are so close to the bays that sometimes the wind will carry the spray from others washing onto your car.

It was our first time to go the Harry's Car Wash and we were not disappointed. Will do our regular car washing/cleaning at Harry's.

We regularly take both of our teslas here to do car wash at least twice a week and we notice the foam brush has been very liquidy and watering almost to a point with no FOAM at all. We are not happy about this

I like this place, the best last few times I've gone I have not been able to get soap. First time was the car wash, the next the shampoo.

I USED to come here regularly to vacuum, shampoo, wash and wax my car. Today I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I paid $4.00 for an upholstry shampoo machine that didn't have any solution in it, and another $5.00 to wash my car in the bay, where there was completely diluted soap that didnt even get the dust off my sunroof. Decided that i had wasted wnough of my money and went down the road to a car wash that actually has cleaning solution. Not impressed.

I have spend $7 at bay 5, no foam it's not working at all with call the service number no answer.

I went to Harrys to vacuum my car but there was an issue with the credit card systems due to the heavy rain the last few weeks. After reseting it, the payment by card still wasn't working so one of the generous employees gave me a couple harry coins to vacuum my car for no fee because I had no cash available.

My husband favorite car wash. Always make him smile to leave this place with clean car with pay less

I love going to this place it's very clean, they have music playing, I like the Payless systems they use for washing car the Machine never eat my money like wash world and there are no homeless people at this location it's not ghetto and scary at night like wash world on 104

This place used to be so great for car wash. They had a nice foamy soap until Harry sold it to someone who can’t even fix things. 5 months ago, I had to call the new owner and told them that my dish soap is even foamy than their foam wash. The new owner told me that they have problems with their mixture of air and soap for their foam wash but until now they haven’t done anything to fix it. Seems to me that they are now using a cheap soap to make more profit out it. Poor quality and service. So sorry for saying this but this what I have noticed since Mr Harry sold his precious car wash.

Used to be great. First visit since new owners, debit machine not working, no chemical in pre-rinse, foaming brush had no foam, only chunks of detergent and water. No wax in gloss wax setting. Don’t waste your money here.

Been around a long time, not usually a line up, and you can do a much better job yourself than with an automatic car wash. This is my preferred place!

Go here for your manual car wash. This place is quick and clean. It also accepts both coins and credit cards. There's about 6-8 bay's to wash your car.

Harry's is a nice change from other coin op car washes. $2 gets you 2 minutes vs other places which give you 60-90 seconds.
Harry's also has soap and wax turned up.
Not like some of these other places where you can't see or smell anything other than water. You get your dollars worth at Harry's car wash. I will drive across town to return to harrys

Cheaper than washworld by a landslide. Rather go here. More time, less money. Washworld is more money and less time lol, doesn't make sense.

My favorite place to wash my car. I never have to wait in line and the price is reasonable. I am very fussy. This car wash accepts Visa, Mastercard and Debit which works for me. It offers a presoak and has a foam brush.

Need to use their own coins which if remains you can’t return.
Moreover it is way expensive

It works but expensive 2 min. For 2 bucks just isn't enough time to wash your car properly, should be at least 3 min. For 2 bucks their really busy during the day best to go early morning or after 5 in the evening.

First let me say.the soap brush works to your advantage. Big colorful suds and get a whole
2 mins for $2.same with the rinse.so there is no panic to rush just extra time to clean your baby.with vending machine.for all other cleaning / drying supplies.even a Harry's token machime if you forgot to bring change with you.
I've noticed that other self car wash are not taken care of and the time for cleaning is reduced meaning you will need more change.
Harry's is #1 for me.always clean/Well managed

Good place to wash your car. Less one star because the payment machine that is on the wall does not work properly. It failed to accept my payment 4 times and due to this the soap in my car dried up before I can rinse it. There should be also a paper towel dispenser in the vacuum machine so that no one have to touch the vacuum nozzle with their bare hands but other than that, it's great!

The best wash in the area well maintained good equipment reasonably well priced and they have tap so don’t need to worry about having change or getting tokens also if you go at the right time you never feel rushed

Pressure is good
Though they do need to change out there foam brushes more so than what there doing
Clean very well maintained 2 thumbs up!

Was good. I'm not a big fan of the token system, but you can pay with tap on your credit or visa debit card. Decent prices.

I go here often to wash my car. They have debit/credit card machines so no need of those tokens to wash your car.
I had good experience here usually when i go. The parking is just cramped and sometimes other drivers get ancy.
Overall good place to get a quick car wash

One of the best car wash locations in the Lower Mainland area. They have credit/debit tap machines which are super easy to use, at the same time they got the old school tokens and coins as well. You get more vacuum and wash time compared to any other car wash. They have 6 washing bays in total and 4 vacuum pumps. The vacuum pumps have an additional feature of choosing fragrance and shampoo. Vending machine on site for snacks and clean towels. Mostly has one staff member on site who is friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean and no junkies roaming around.

Best spray wand car wash place in Vancouver area. Decent amount of time given for the $. Easy to use credit card tap at each wash bay do no need for change.

The location is kept very clean no junkies here like at washworld on 104, u get way more time for your money and the machines are always working never had my money taken at the machine and had to wait days for the atendand to refund me highly recommend this place far more superior then washworld

They have a tap (credit card, debt card) machine for vacuum and shampoo machine. The car wash section is ok as well. However the parking area for the vacuuming blocks the passage of over vehicles so you have to constantly close your door to let others pass.

Worst service ever! As if this car wash has no management or an owner, no one cares what happens there! I’ve left voicemails reporting transactions being approved but car wash didn’t work, never received any sort of response till date. My debit card shows the transactions being debited from my account but the car wash machine won’t turn on. Happened atleast for four transactions. It was on Bay 1. Left couple of voicemails and seems like nobody cares. Well, I’m never going there again! I won’t let my family or friends use it too. Thanks!

Easy to use except the vacuum's dont take cash, only tokens and tap (debit, credit, etc). Vacuum's are okay but don't pick up pet hair well.

Dont take your pick up truck there. No room to safely maneuver thru the drive way without scuffing your beautiful custom rims!

Just drove down from Alberta in the winter so my vehicle was filthy. I have always lived around the neighbourhood growing up but never had a vehicle so I never had a chance to try out this car wash location. Decided to give this place a try since it was close to where my parents reside. The entrance to the wash bays has a confusing layout where you have to drive past a set of pylons before coming around the building and pulling into the wash bay. Being a potential first time customer and not knowing any better I drove straight into the first available bay where I was then approached by the lot attendant (owner?). His first comment? “This is the EXIT the entrance is over there! This is Canada we drive on the right hand side of the road! ” So just because I am of Asian descent you automatically assume that I am from China? My sincerest apologies that your car wash has a layout that is not intuitive and reading some other reviews people have posted, I’m not the only one that got confused by the layout. So thanks to his snarky racist comment I was not a customer and I will not be returning to this location to wash my car.

Excellent car wash for many years now. Always a good product, with good equipment and if you go at off hours you will not have to wait in line.

So I tried to wash my car today for the first time ever in my life (just bought my car). Decided to go to Harry's Car Wash because my friend told me it was alright. When I got there, I came in from the wrong entrance (I came in from where cars are supposed to exit) and the guy working there with long hair started to disrespect my driving and me. After, I came in from around where the cones are (this is the real entrance btw) and I decided to go straight into the last stall because I didn't know we were supposed to go all the way around and turn so that our car faces the direction of the cones. Then the guy suddenly cussed out at me yet again, asking me if I know how to read signs. I admit these were my fault, but you have to be nice about it to new customers and know how to properly notify them respectfully. I apologized afterwards and he said he overreacted and it was okay. I didn't start any problems or anything, just washed my car so everything was OK. But I feel that the staff of this place have huge interaction and communication problems with customers and this needs to be addressed. I probably won't be coming back.

I recommend this place its a lot better than most places.clean and lots of options the minutes seem to be more than other places.been going here since it was built.meeting the owner was honor.

Guy is a lunatic stay far away. Followed the arrows that is 2 way with cones and i turned into the last bay and i guess there is a exit only sign which i didn’t see. Not that it matters every SINGLE self serve car wash ive been too people go in any way they please it a god dam car wash not a road.any how he came out waving his hands raised his voice all flustered and yelling at me and being disrespectful so i laid into and told him off. The. He proceeded to shut my bay off after i payed and wouldnt come out of his lil office after i banged on the door. Then he called the cops on me lol that’s the best part. Wasting our tax money on a verbal argument.harry Give your head shake and cut that pony tail bud. Guy is a complete nut job and oviously he has never had someone talk back to him like i did. Respect goes 2 ways so i cut my losses and left the sprayers on the ground and left and i will not talk to the police and waste our tax money over a verbal disagreement. On the other hand highly recommend wash world and super save in langley also speed wash! Great customer service always. Most bizzare experience ive had with a buisness “ owner “.
